“Can't say enough kind words about the caring attitudes of the owner and instructors. My husband and I are involved 3-4 times a week in "Senior Functional Fitness" classes, and he's a paraplegic confined to a wheelchair. They have done so much to work with him and his special needs, but not take away from others in the class. We both LOVE being at the gym and improving our strength and abilities!”

“Very nice gym!!!The equipment is in excellent condition and there is a huge variety of machines to choose from. I came to strictly use a stationary bike for physical therapy while I was in the area. I was able to purchase a pass for a week, although I only used it every other day. Happy that they allowed day/week passes. Staff is friendly and place was exceptionally clean. I'm hoping to be able to use bike again, when I come up around Thanksgiving.”
