I deleted my first post for Clearlake Grocery Outlet and mentioned the Lakeport store to compare, and one of the owners replied, "It was Clearlake I was reviewing."
So, to be clear!
This store is closer to where I live, so I go there!
Yet, in the past several months and times I've shopped, this is my observation and experience! I've noticed the shift in cleanliness, organization, staff friendless, and helpfulness. I specifically asked the male cashier for help getting me the 18 can containers of Rootbeer and Sunkist soda. He actually stood there and ignored my request. So I went over and got them myself as he stared at me doing nothing to help! A younger man came over because I knew he noticed the interaction. He offered to bag! The cashier then said to the younger man, "You're overpacking the bags," as he laughed! Unbelievable the blatant disregard! So again, to be clear, this is the Lakeport Grocery Outlet store! I've known several people who used to work there, and that store was on point!
Yes, the prices are good, yet the experiences in frequent months have not been! ??Hopefully, there won't be any retaliation ✌?

The only people I know that dont shop there are people that don't get it , they think everything is beyond it's expiration and that's not true. Healthy options I'd never know existed if it wasn't for them. My secret is I look at prices , then I see what it is. .99 , 1.99, 2.99 and I'm looking at what it is. I can see savings of twice what I spend most of time. I always leave with 30$ of food for ten bucks.

Everybody loves grocery outlet lol. Our store is great. They have a special family attitude which infects those of us that pay attention to such things. ?

A little more pricey than most Grocery Outlets in some categories but they still have some good deals and most of the usual inventory

It's ok to go to for quick pickup. Quality has certainly picked up here. Customer service and products have also improved.

I LOVE Grocery Outlet! They have a pretty good choice of food (and non-foods) considering it's a small store....The clerks are all very nice, the manager is very proficient and helpful.These people are working hard to keep the shelves stocked, feeding the masses can't be an easy job.I appreciate them so much!

My local food shopping stop. Good prices for families, and fixed incomes. Staff nice, place clean and smaller crowd. Organic, vegan, and vegetarian choices always available.
