I prefer this pharmacy instead of mailing services my insurance company would like me to use. Friendly folks. Also those folks who don't like the wait probably don't like the wait anywhere else ?.

When I call for a prescription to find out when I can pick it up they always say after 11am. I get there at 2pm and it's still not ready. Why on earth do they say after 11am? Last time I picked up my pills I was short 9 pills but didnt realize until I got home to take one. Count your meds when you are still at pharmacy

This pharmacy's service has gone severely downhill since the new owners took over. Early Tuesday morning I called in 2 refills. When I went to pick them up at 5pm on Thursday, only 1 refill was ready and I would have to wait for the second one. I did not have time to wait, so I had to make a second (10 miles one way) trip over there to pick the 2nd refill up. This would never have happened when the Kearneys owned the pharmacy.

Double count your prescription. This is my first time using this pharmacy and they shorted me 20 pills. Instead of a 30 day supply they gave me a 20 day supply.

Bought a heat pack for my neck, and the product didn't work properly. The gel packs didn't heat up enough, even when I followed instructions. I went back that afternoon, about four hours later, and the pharmacy wouldn't accept the return because it was "used" for 15 minutes. There was no indication that the item was non-refundable at the time of purchase, and the item did not work as specified. For $30, I could have gotten one off of Amazon that actually does what it's supposed to. I want to support small businesses, and the owner was nice, but next time I'm going to CVS because I couldn't believe how stupid the return policy is. A customer should be able to return a product that DOES NOT WORK within one day of purchase.

Every time I go in I'm told 15- 20 minutes and I wait for at least 45 minutes. Mind you people come after me and are told 15-20 minutes but recurrence their meds within 5 minutes. I call to check on my meds I get put on hold for 20 minutes. At this point in ready to switch back to Rite-Aid and drive the 40 miles to get my meds.

I love their employees, even the delivery driver is awesome! Thank you Dave for delivering cheer along with the medication! My mother is disabled and doesn't drive or get out much, she looks forward to seeing Dave for a brief conversation.(Brief, but cheers her up, which is priceless!) Thank you! The techs and pharmacists have all become family for all we went through together trying to get MediCal to cover a much needed prescription for my child! They deserve a lot of credit for maintaining a smile all day for the heavy load they have and all the disgruntled people they deal with!! Those lady's have a lot of patience!! Kudos! ;)
