Moved out after second break in. They kept the rent from the month I moved out, the next month (even though they rented it to someone else) and the deposit.I would not recommend this to anyone.

These storage units are not secure millgate no way to know who's going in and out Monitor and cameras very limited I noticed a couple were broken or turned different ways garbage all over the lot really bad place to turn out on Soda Bay Road I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone partly because my mom died and I contacted these people they still were trying to ask me for a 30 day notice what kind of a BS policy is that so I guess since we're in a county where there's a bunch of people that are elderly and they die they just keep their stuff or keep their money whatever it is no class at all find somewhere that's secure to hold your stuff cuz anybody could steal it at this place I've never seen so many rusty locks
