I only trust Carlton Cooper Tires for all of my tire needs. I have 3 vehicles that get their service. I went in today with a nail in one tire and ended up that a 2nd tire was showing wire. They hooked me up as always, and I walked out with no charge. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to our community.

Exceedingly rude customer service. I made an appointment and ordered tires ahead of time, and when I arrived I was treated like trash. I left. They clearly have no regard for their customers, and I will never ever contact them again. If enjoy being abused and disrespected I recommend you go there.

Been coming here for new, used, repair tires for years! Gary is the kindest, most helpful dude EVER! He's helped me beyond the norm! The staff is always super friendly and always working hard, especially "little dude" and Jen!
I highly recommend this place for new, used and repairs!

It was an ok place. Most of the employees were cursing and yelling at each other right in front of all the customers. Other employees were smoking weed on the side of the building.

You need to understand that Lake County could not survive without Carlton Cooper Tires. Forget the big corporations (they don’t operate anywhere in Lake County anyway) — this is a locally owned and locally run business that employs a slew of local residents and keeps us all safer on the road.
Even when there are cars overflowing the front yard, side yard, and back -40, no appointment walk-ins will be attended to promptly and given a decent price for parts and labor. (And yes, you can ask for used tires if that is all you can afford.)
This hardworking, often jam-packed shop supplies everyone we know with brakes and ires: seniors, working guys, pregnant moms, and families trailing pajama-clad kids.
