Called to get my Resmed Airsense 11 CPAP machine. I asked the price of the machine. They said they charge between$2500-3500. I asked again how much I was paying...they said, my insurance was covering 80% and I would pay a small payment, then lease the machine for 10 months and it would convert to a purchase. The person became very agressive after I kept asking for a price. I am still not clear on how much I was going to pay for the device.I have looked this device up online and I can purchase it for between $700 to $1000.Worst customer service ever. I have called my hospital and asked them to not use them. Same kind of treatment. I will be calling my insurance to see if I can get the unit covered if I purchase it myself.

This company sucks. They kept me waiting all day to pick up a machine that Hospice ordered for my mother. Told me I could leave it outside my home and they would collect it. I can't even lift the tank to move it. The fact that they even suggested that option was ridiculous. So unprofessional
