“I've been to this car wash many times. It's actually in a good location just not big enough for the amount traffic it gets. Ive never had any difficulty with the staff and they actually towel dry your car after the wash which is great for people who want to wash n go. The staff you can tell get along well with each other because I've seen their interactions while waiting at the gas station right next to the car wash but I also follow the company on Instagram. I also took note on how they are with the customer which is why I ultimately decided to give it a go. Definitely recommend this car wash.”
“I've been coming to this place for years, while this place is meant for car detailers that detail cars as their business. The public is more than welcome to come in and purchase their goods.
You can find almost everything you need to clean and detail your car. They sell soaps, degreasers, all-purpose cleaners, wheel cleaners, brushes, microfiber towels, etc.
They sell their chemicals mostly in bulk, like gallon or bigger sizes, and some of their products are sold ready to use in spray bottles.
So you can try some (not all) of the products out in spray bottle and small bottle form without having to drop lots of money on the bigger sizes.
While most of the chemical products they sell are their own products, they also sell some other brands of detailing chemicals, which is nice if you want to buy it locally instead of online.
The staff here is friendly and if you have any questions, they're more than happy to answer your questions.
So if you're looking for a brick and mortar place to purchase what you need to clean and detail your car, this place is worth checking out.”

This is perfect for luxury cars that you want to wash without scratching up the finish! Super cheap and the only place I will go to wash my black 2022 Accord. Anywhere else I go scratches up my finish really bad.”

“I originally had a Friday before Father's Day appointment and Joe called and let me know his appointment was taking much longer and ask to reschedule for Saturday which I appreciated that he didn't wait until the last minute to reschedule.....on Saturday he let me know several times where he was and when he would be here. The most important part is he did a fantastic job on the SUV and my husband was very pleased with the detailing.”

“This place, for now, still allows 24/7 access for washing your car and has not been restricted as the one on Balboa and Devonshire has.
There is plenty of room here behind the washing bays for everyone to finish drying their vehicles without feeling over crowded during busy times.
Also the ice machine gives a nice full bag of ice at this location, for a great price too. Can't beat 20 pounds for 3 bucks!”

“I recently bought this car from a salvage yard and was clearly left with the window open and cause it to be caked with an soft layer of dirt all within the vehicle as you can see in the pics. I was told to come here by my friend since I need this car to be cleaned asap and very thoroughly due to just how it was and kept. I was skeptical how clean they were able to get it clean just cause how dirt the interior was and if they would say "no" cause of how filthy it was but they said they would take it. They gave me rate on depending on how dirty the car was and even then I was surprised how relatively inexpensive it was for the amount of work they did !!!! I got my car back a day and a half later and I was just surprised how clean they were able to get it. They go very heavy on the cloth material so the carpets and seats and ceiling was scrubbed in deep. They did however leave some spots which was odd cause it was obvious and could had gotten a small brush and it be gone but I didn't really mind since they did a supper job on everything else. The car did take 3 ish days for it to be dried and for the smell to some what dissipate although it semi lingers. The comparison photos are before and after although the after pictures are ruffly two weeks post wash but I tried to keep it as clean as possible. I would definitely recommend people who are specifically looking to get their seats washed to come here!!!”

“I have been going to Sud's Up Express Car Wash for a few years now, the fellas have always greeted with a smile. Customer service has always been good, what I like the most is that there aren't any long lines of cars, the wash is decent. Recently, I have noticed the following: There's a complimentary cart at the vacuum station & there are new employees, I always see them cleaning around making sure the areas are not messy etc.. *RUBEN is awesome! very nice guy, has dried my car a few times he is fast and does an amazing job. I def, recommend this Car Wash!”
“By far, one of my favorite self-service washes. Always as quick or as long as I need. Even at times where there is a wait, it is not long. Clean & no scratching every time and have brought multiple cars here.
If you don't follow the directions for card payment, you can accidentally overcharge yourself. Read, and it is simple.
Most recently, I accidentally ended my service early thinking that my machine was beeping (about to end) it was, in fact, the bay next to me. I was frustrated with the fact that I did this (and with machines in general).
The very kind and patient Winston checked in on me. I was grumpy at first, but his genuine desire to get to the bottom of my issue and calm demeanor really helped me feel at ease, and we resolved the error I had made.
I can only assume that Winston is the owner based on his professionalism, how much he cared, and his genuine disposition in creating such a positive experience. If Winston is not in fact the owner.... Dear owner/boss etc: Give this man a raise! He keeps this place running so smoothly. I looked for him to thank him when I was done, and he was already off taking care of something else.
If you read this Winston: Apologies for not accepting your help sooner. I am so used to not recieving quality customer service these days. This very genuine human to human interaction was so refreshing, and I am very thankful ?.”
