I went today very excited and happy that I was going to get my phone activated along with getting the screen protector I took for the employees to put it on the phone I took. The guy himself said he wasn’t to sure how to place the temper glass screen (i took to them) on the phone , but by the time he said that he had already placed the screen wrong! There was a crack and air bubbles! Then he proceeds with saying “yeah if you go anywhere else they will just say to get a new one”I let employees know that in the future if they do NOT know how to place a certain item that a customer takes to them , to kindly let the customer know that it’s best to take it somewhere else that provides placing a phone screen service. In the end he was upset because of my comment but it was with all honesty , weather he took it to personal to the heart oh well. It’s the truth. Employees need to do a better job communicating with customers instead of focusing on how they are going to achieve their sales. Overall if I can give 0 stars , I would gladly give a zero but unfortunately it’s a 1. I took a product to them to place on my new phone just for them to mess it up.

The staff were awesome, especially kiwi (the person who attended me) she helped me and explained stuff very good. I'm happy with my new phone and just like she said it has a long lasting battery.

I was helped by Devin at this store, and he was amazing! Not only did he help me with setting me up on a great device but helped me learn how to really use the phone as well. He's amazing and I'll definitely be coming back!

Throughout my week of having this phone, I feel very welcomed. Devin helped me out the best he could and I felt like his customer service was truly different and better than anyone else's at that store.

Unprofessional and hostile. The classist attitudes of the workers and the support for these actions by their management is absolutely unacceptable. Their associates treat their unilateral offers as if they were offering charity to those in poverty rather than a mutually beneficial deal for their corporate employer and their customers. The form in which their sales associates grift from the poor and uninformed is highly unethical. The fact that they still exist right next to two other more professional competitors astounds me as they should have gone out of business ago with these sorts of practices.

Will be leaving Metro soon. After years with them, I got my dad a new unlocked phone and took it to the Dublin store to register it. They charged for bringing his own phone and said I should buy a new Sim because they only last two years. I found out that's not true after I bought the Sim. The clerk changed my dads plan and raised his rates without my knowledge and Metro won't change it back. TMobile doesn't do this and is $10 less for a senior who doesn't use data. Metro is deceiving and costly. The clerk should be fired, but no one cares.

Horrible service and the worst one is this chubby girl with a tattoo of a rose on her arm, I went in about my service always disconnecting and because she was busy talking on the phone she told me well just cancel your line or switch over to another company, never will I go back. Ill give my service to another store. Business owner will lose a lot having her there.
