Lake Isabella's Family Dollar is always so clean well-stocked great employees friendly faces pretty good prices, and lots of good deals. A Five star rating for all employees.and the manager is super Friendly, Helpful and caring.

Lots of items at prices that rival Wal-Mart. Good customer service. Shelves can be hit and miss on some items. But stocked a lot better lately.

Did not honor advertised sale. Buy one get one advertised all throughout store. Manager confirmed displayed sign, didn't honor it or remove it. Admitted another customer earlier that day had the same problem. Would recommended checking your receipt, seems like they kept the sign up on purpose. Customer service rep was very kind but the manager, Tristian, was rude, smug, and acts like a teenager who doesn't want to do chores.

Honestly it's a hit or miss just depends who's working some people there help you and some people don't I noticed when it's 10:00 and they want to go home you better get the heck out or all hell breaks loose LOL
