No delivery yet and been going on 3 months. Two years ago took them 4 months. Don't come on here and say you're sorry. After so many sorries. American gas doesn't care about doing customers service and or there job.

Can't get them to deliver. Four no-shows so far and I'm down to 2% I'm about to have no heat and hot water in December. They won't transfer me to the local office, I just get their overseas call center.

worse company to ever do business with. We kept on scheduling service and going out to our vacation home only for them not to show up. I would urge everyone to save them a hassle and not deal with this unprofessional company.
