No one there was authorized to serve me with Western Union. I was told that they probably would not be able to help me until the next day. (This took place at 3:56 pm.)

I was over in the deli area totally ignored by two people working there then some guy just rolls up and they help him. S*** customer service here. I usually go to Sprouts. This is why. Lazy workers.

just went in to get some flowers for mexican mother's day the taller older lady with the bun working in the flower area was completely sassy and rude to me. telling me to make sure i get a basket so i don't drop them because people do it all the time. and to water them when i get home. as i was just trying to get tulips which i've purchased before. maybe she should ask the situation before assuming everyone is the exact same. she got very defensive when i didn't say to have a good day back to her as i left the store. and said " we'll thanks for saying to have a nice day back" to which i replied " you're rude so why would i care if you have a nice day?!"DO BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ESPECIALLY ON MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHICH IS ONE OF THE DAYS PEOPLE BUY YOUR OVER PRICED FLOWERS! she shouldn't be taking it so personal that people do not want to wish her well for her extremely insinuating and rude personality. but what do i know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. have a nice day!

If you're expecting polite customer service, avoid going to this Ralphs! The check out woman (supposedly a manager) is rude and has a huge attitude problem.

This store sucks all the time. Not just some of the time. 100% all of the time. Ralph's slogan should be "Welcome to Ralph's. Where the customer service is as questionable as the meat and you'll pay too much for expired produce." This place never has what you need. I always hope that today is the day they close this place forever and replace with ANYTHING ELSE. If you are a glutton for disappointment or want die a little inside or question the existence of God. Then by all means. Shop here.

I go here for flowers. They are always beautiful and affordable. I recently had a lot of confusion ordering a corsage for my son's school dance date, and the manager McKayla was incredible helpful, so that we got it right.

Keep your eye on the prices as you are being checked out to ensure you will not be overcharged. This store consistently has outdated pricing on the shelves. If you call out the incorrect price, they will make you prove the price is wrong by having you go back to the aisle to take a picture. I wish I could say this was a one-off occurrence but it happens with great regularity. While some of the staff are empathetic and understanding, chances are you may have to interact with an associate who does not care they are overcharging you or taking time out of your day to fix their issue.

If you have a question certainly don't ask it because you'll be met with nothing but rudeness. I asked a bakery lead who was stocking where I might find the premade cornbread, she mudders "service deli". I said can you repeat that and tell me what you mean, since I'm hard of hearing and didn't hear her. She stated "service deli" extremely loud and points very sarcastically to her left with the crappiest look on her face as if I've ruined her life. Seemed entirely unnecessary for a question a customer is asking you. If you don't want to work with the public don't be in a public job. The manager "frank" wasn't in so apparently no one at the store is in charge if Frank isn't around.

This is my neighborhood Ralphs, only three minutes from my house. It had gone down hill the last few years and I would drive to another super market 15 minutes away to avoid it. I'm happy to say this store has drastically turned a corner! The produce is better. The staff is friendlier. It seems more organized and, I don't know, more like other Ralphs. I don't know what's changed the last five months or so but keep it up!

The major issue this store has is the lack of open registers when it's busy. It's the weekend, 2 registers open with 6-8 carts waiting in each line and they refuse to open additional registers!!! I figure they're more concerned with profits over customers......such a shame as this is our closest grocery store and we tend to drive further for better service.

This Ralph's is in the same parking lot as the 7-Eleven right across the street from a County hiking trail. There's plenty of parking but make sure you don't park in the temporary parking spots. Even in Memorial Day weekend. This Ralph's has a delicious looking bakery center where you can design your own cakes custom or cupcakes. They have a selection of very exclusive winds which can run up to $200 each bottle. Floral arrangements and such su station. They also have Locksmith and the coin counter machines.

After shopping last evening (Monday, 1/24/2022) at 5:30 p.m. my Mom went out of her way to walk the cart back to the employee collecting them in the parking lot and this boy (Caucasian about 5'2" and 120 pounds with a green beanie) very rudely, sanctimoniously, and disrespectfully told her "What if a handicap person had to park there?" But she was returning the cart to him. And he wouldn't accept it. Such hypocrisy. Anyone ever teach him how to respect his elders--the very people he claims to care so much about? Hypocrisy.

This is your standard super market with reasonable prices. They have both organic and non-organic vegetables and fruits. Both were fresh and good. I didn't get anything else there. Place was big and clean. Service was good. Only been to this location this one time. Not crowded in the middle of a weekday.

I've been a shopper here for 20 + years, and have to say the staff has always been kind and helpful-that is until this past Sunday, September 18th. I approached the Deli counter when it appeared another customer was waiting for the clerk. The clerk the came from the back and asked who was next I said, I thought the other folks were waiting before me. The customer said they did not need assistance . The clerk yells "ma"am incredibly loud (to the other customer), the customer repeats that she does not need help. The clerk rolls her eyes, looks at my daughter and I and says " what do you need" in a very gruff way. So my daughter being in retail says "wow" as she's shocked at this clerks attitude. So I ask to see what a pound of shaved meat looks like because I may need more. She replies: "it looks like a pound". She shaves it, begins wrapping it and I ask if I can see if I need more. And I get waaay more eye rolling and attitude. We are just standing there stunned at this clerks behavior. She adds what I need to the order and literally throws the package onto the top of the deli counter. She doesn't belong there, and is an embarrassment to the Ralph's I know and love.
