but she’s wearing the black glasses and right now when I read the yelp preview, I saw a lot of experience like me with her
I went to the bank to get some documents my lawyer needed. I had my two small children with me, one of whom is autistic. They made me wait in line for a long time because they didn’t have enough staff. The staff was very rude and gave me dirty looks because of my children. I explained my child's situation to everyone, but instead of easing my stress or answering my questions, the staff member argued with my children and told me to make my autistic child quiet. I had a really bad experience. When I asked for her name, she said I shouldn't have it and hid her name tag from me.

I came in for a replacement card and sat in the waiting area. A couple that came in a few minutes after me was greeted and helped right away. After 15 minutes of waiting I was greeted and asked what I needed. I told the advisor and he said he would help me in just a minute and proceeded to help the couple. 20 minutes went by and I'm still waiting. I get up to ask the teller if she could help me instead and not only was she rude in her tone but also let me know that they could not help me as they do not have replacement (temporary cards). So I waited 45 minutes for absolutely nothing. In addition, the tellers were turning away people trying to make withdrawals because the bank did not have cash on hand...

It’s pathetic to have only one teller at peak hours. Manager onsite should consider having the correct numbers of tellers at this time of the day. 2 OClock.

A nice Wells Fargo for sure, I was very impressed with Chris, I had a last minute notarization I needed and he was able to get me in quickly. I'm a notary myself and am very thankful! See you around :)

Horrible customer service. I wish I got the lady's name who was rude and not helpful for no reason but she had glasses and just a mean look to her. Long story short WF is closing my accounts for a check my own mother wrote me, I switched banks, I wanted to withdrawal the remaining funds from my account to move to my new bank. I go in and she said "sorry I can't help you your account is blocked" I knew it sounded fishy so I left, called customer service and she reassured me she was unprofessional because she did not tell me the whole truth. There was a block on my credit card due to my account closing soon but NO blocks on withdraws or anything else. I believe she saw this on her end and she knew what she could do but she chose to make the situation worse and more inconvenient for me because I ended up going to a whole different branch and they were super helpful there. Basically, I don't recommend banking with Wells Fargo!!

Horrible customer service. Trying to deposit a check of a large amount. Not even wanting cash out, my wife went to deposit the check and they want both of us there. They got their both signatures on the check and still wouldn't accept the check. They blamed my wife of forgery my signature when I actually did it it and had to go. But they wanted both physically at the branch. Ridiculous, not even trying to pull money out. We have several accounts, we have a business and did many transactions at this branch before even with the person to told my wife they wouldn't accept it and they acted like we were criminals and they had never seen us before. We are beyond upset at this whole situation and rest assured, we will never go back to that branch. I'll drive further if I have to. I could understand cashing a check of a large amount or depositing into an account not under your name but this was not the case. Bunch of BS just to do a simple transaction.

Got charged two overdraft fees in one day because I was only overdrawn by originally 8 dollars. Then it brought it up to -89 dollars. Was told by an employee that it was supposed to be resolved by 11:59pm or I would be charged a late fee and if it was over 10 dollars. What a bunch of bull.

This is long time pending review. I had good experience the first time I visited this location. Kamay was really helpful with what I needed and did her job of being respectful, polite and attending to the need.Come next time, I requested for her and she wasn't available. There is another banker by name Chris who took my call, gave an appointment 15 mins later. When I showed up at the location he did not even rememberrrrr the appointment he just gave 15 mins ago.And during the interactions with him, he seemed more interested in putting Kamay down than helping me. Apparently he knows something more than her?? Not sure why Wells Fargo is training male employees differently from female employees and giving all information to male employees but not female employees!!And to top it off, Chris forgot to give me my paper work and then when he walks out and gives me the paperwork he tells me "you forgot your paperwork". Really, is that my job to take it or your job to remember to give it to me? Yes, I'm a female so probably it's my mistake, huh!As a customer I didn't see the required attention, respect, diligence that's to be given to me but I sure saw some unconscious bias, gender inequality and lack of proper training and lack of inclusive language here.Hope this review puts things in perspective for this location and folks working there and address these issues properly.

They don't answer the phone on a Tuesday at 3:20 pm. I was told I need to make an appointment to open an account so calling is the most logical way to make an appointment. I guess now I have to drive there again to make an appointment. Bad customer service.
