Went in for battery replacement, they replaced both watch batteries in under 15 minutes while I waited. Price was very reasonable price, cheaper than all other places I checked in the area. The staff was very pleasant.

I keep trying to give them my business but then keep trying to rip me off.Went in for battery replacement on two watches they wanted 33.00 Then I told her that was to much she want to negotiate the price if she came down three dollars I said no and she walked away in disgust.
I went else were and had both replace for 10.00
Will never go back to the store again Terrible customer service I don’t even want to give a one star

Really fast service and great customer service. The store has a deal with 3 watch battery replacements and the 4th watch battery replacement is free of charge.

I called for a quote, and I was told that the cost to replace the watch battery on my 18-year-old simple stainless steel Concord would be $50 for the sole fact that it was a concord. I've had this watch for nearly two decades and never paid more than 10 to 15 dollars. I would not set foot in this store.

I'm not sure what is petty. You were polite, yes. I did not say you were rude.
You are charging much higher than is standard. I called 2 more stores afterwards and the quotes were $15-$25.
I would not set foot in your store. It's that what is petty for me to say? Based on your cost and the reasoning behind it, I don't have trust that I would be charged fairly. I felt that I needed to write a review to advise others. I called your store based on a referral, but in reading other reviews here on Google, it is clear that I am not the only one who feels that way about your pricing.
You heard "Concord" and threw out one number. The watch is a popup back, and takes minutes to change. I don't feel it is right to charge people not for the parts and scope of work but for the name. I wrote my review to advise others who might be in a similar position to let them know how they will be charged so they know they will be charged more highly than standard and why.
As I wrote, I've had to change this battery repeatedly over the years so I am qualified to judge the range of this service.
Instead of attacking me and calling me petty, maybe you need to take this feedback to see how customers feel about the pricing standards.
If I went in and paid $50, then learned I could have paid $35 less I'd be angry. I'd feel foolish and ripped off.
Ultimately you don't have to worry about me and my opinion, because I will never be a customer. Maybe I'm the wrong type because I couldn't afford to pay your prices, despite what my fancy old watch may indicate.

Customer service is horrible, just looking to charge customers and then if the watch doesn’t work after a couple days, they don’t care at all.Answer to your response: The truth is, I came less than a month ago, with 2 watches and I told you check it and see if they just need battery, replace it, if not I don’t need to pay for battery. You said, one of them needs to be repaired and the other one is good just need a battery. You changed me $20 for battery. After a couple days it just worked randomly. I Which is weird to me while I just used it one time after you put the battery. And today you said it needs to be repaired. I didn’t do anything wrong with my watch and just used it one time like always. it didn’t work properly 2 days after you replaced the battery. You didn’t care about customer service which is very important in your field and business and hopefully you don’t do it again with other customers.It was nice if you told me this watch may have movement issues next week or so because you checked it. If you can’t realize the watch problems even you check it, why you check them because it doesn’t make sense. And it’s not a professional way to charge customers.Yes it could be fair if you told me you are going to replace the battery and it will work but because of movement issue it may facing with movement issue next week or so, or it may work for 2 years. You didn’t say, because you knew if you told me I didn’t want you to change the battery and you couldn’t charge me for nothing.Good luck with this kind of customer service.

I usually go to the mall for battery watch replacement, but yesterday I went, and I trusted Watch Tech to get it done. Upon my arrival, the owner - a mother and a son greeted me with smiles. They were super friendly as they explained everything in detail, like nothing to hide. They were busy and said my watch would be done in thirty minutes. However, fifteen minutes later, I returned, and my watch was completely done and ready to use. It cost me $30 to replace my G-Shock batteries. I highly recommend this shop!

I broke the strap from sweat hiking angels landing last year. Waited months for genuine strap from citizen and drained the battery in the process. Spent hours and days trying to charge and reset eco drive radio control settings. Dropped it off and called back a couple days later and it was ready. I was so relieved. Just 15 dollars. Thanks !

I came in a few months ago to get a new band for a watch I thrifted. The woman who helped me was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately one of the watch band holder ripped soon after. I went in again to see if they could repair or replace it but they offered me a completely new band instead at no cost! The lady who helped me on my second visit was also very kind and explained why the first one ripped. She recommended a different one and it has been great ever since! Thanks again :)
