The store itself is wonderful! They have everything. However, I ordered online to pick up at the store and it was really a hassle. I kept getting all kinds of confusing directions as to where to pick it up, and then because I didn’t have a receipt, they wouldn’t let me out of the store. So I had to go back to the loading dock to get a receipt from them just so I could get out. A real pain!

I love that I can place an order online and either pickup at my nearest Walmart or have it delivered. Exchanges/returns are very easy as well. The staff is so friendly and always very helpful.

Nowhere on this Google page does it say that the Customer Center closes at 9pm - just that the store closes at 11pm. I don’t live near a Walmart and I really needed to return an online order. The young man at the counter, Brice, was gracious enough to take me right at 9pm. I had my online order barcode ready to go, so the process was quick. While he was finishing up, this woman that I assume is his manager was being very rude to him about taking last-minute customers. She did this right in front of me and other customers! Very unprofessional. I didn’t want to start a scene with how she was treating him (and us), so I took my receipt and left. But please reward Brice for being so kind! And upper management might need to have a word with the long gray-haired woman about her attitude.

There’s a Subway in this Walmart and it smelled like fresh bread baking the whole time I shopped. Felt like a nice perk. This store has an excellent variety of merchandise because it’s a huge store. I like the wide aisles and that I went on a weekday so it wasn’t too crowded. Super nice women’s lingerie/pajamas department too.
