They are always out of novolin N insulin. Does anyone do inventory management here?

The pharmacists at Foothill Ranch are amazing! They are so kind and helpful and always go above and beyond to help clients. Whether you have human or pet patients, they are generous with their time and information. They help save costs and work with your healthcare provider to get you the quickest and best prescriptions and refills.

Excellent service care to help my mom reduce her prescription cost by the pharmacist and her assistant.

This one star is solely for the man I just got off the phone with. I unfortunately didn't get his name but he was a man with a deep voice working on March 8 at around 9am. I lost my refill on a medication that's a controlled substance, but it's not a narcotic or anything like that. I told my doctor I lost it and asked him to send in a refill. Considering I've been on this medication for 6 years, he said no problem with no questions asked. Again, not a harmful medication that can cause trouble in the wrong hands. I called the pharmacy to see why it hasn't been filled yet, and I told the girl who answered originally what the situation was, she just told me hold on and transferred the phone to the rude man. Right off the bat he sounded like he was having a power trip over telling me no. He told me I had to file a police report even though I told him it was lost. He then said "if your doctor approves it then maybe we can". I then told him that my doctor did approve it and that's why he sent in the refill, and immediately his answer changed to "oh no we can't do it". So I questioned this and he said he would call my doctor to check and make sure...this was unnecessary considering my doctor literally had to send in a refill early. He knew it was early. I then responded with "I don't understand why you guys can't refill it," but before I could get my whole sentence out, rude man interrupted me and spoke over me, had a very inappropriate tone and was acting like I was trying to sneak something past him. I then started to say "please don't speak over me" only to be interrupted again. I've been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now and honestly, Janet is the only one there who seems to care about her job. I've had to call multiple times to remind them to refill my prescription even though I called it in. I shouldn't have to do that. This pharmacy is staffed with people who simply do not care, except for Janet. She is the only one who is always kind and helpful, everyone else I have dealt with seems to not care about their job. After this experience with the rude man, I am switching to CVS and not coming back to this pharmacy again. Treat people with kindness.

Made an appointment for a covid booster shot. Showed up for my appointment and got in line behind walk ups. Twenty minutes later, the walk ups were prepared to be given their shots, but I was told to return after 3pm because they had to take their lunch. Wouldn't be such a big deal, but I do feel kinda jaded that walk ups were able to just "walk up" and get their shots while I have to come back two hours later. It would have been more courteous and professional if my time was respected a little more than the people that didn't make an appointment, because then what's the point of making an appointment?UPDATE: I had to wait in line again behind people that had 1:40pm appointments. Mind you, they scheduled appointments at 1:40pm while the pharmacy is closed from 1:15pm to 2:15pm.After waiting in line, they asked if I had an appointment. I told them my appointment was at 10:40, but they took five walk ups before asking me to come back. I suggested they identify people in line with appointments before serving walk ups. They said that was a good idea. I thought it should be common sense, but...Anyway, they did eventually finally take me in for my shot, albeit four hours after my original appointment, so I will upgrade the rating to a three star.

Pharmacy is completely closed in the middle of the day on a Saturday so everyone can take their lunch together. There is no mention of this online. So frustrating when something can't be purchased from behind the pharmacy counter.

SHAHLA is awesome! I just got a prescription filled for a medication that was not covered by insurance. I was not thrilled upon hearing what it was going to cost me, but I prepared myself to just bite the bullet and pay. Shahla then went out of her way to find a coupon for me that enabled me to purchase the prescription for less than half the price. Mind you, I didn't ask this of her...she just did it. What caring, selfless service. Thank you so much Shahla! I'll be coming back to this pharmacy because of you.

I've recently been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, stage IV. To put it mildly, I'm at the pharmacy regularly getting new medications. First- Walmart is very competitive on pricing. Next, their hours are long, additionally, they're well-stocked. They ALWAYS hop to it when we're in line. They're compassionate, concerned, and always wishing for the best for me. But they don't just wish it; they act upon it to make sure we're doing fine. I can not recommend this group enough. They're terrific and we're grateful to have them at our service.

Great service and they work really hard to ensure great customer service. I've been using them for the last 5 years. They go out of their way to answer questions and are always pleasant.

I've only had positive experiences here. #1 Walmart are far less expensive than almost everywhere for nearly every prescription. There is rarely a line. The pharmacists are as good and pleasant as any I've met. I'd say the assistants are a little less impressive but not at all bad.
