I am SO sick of this post office!! Danny, a supervisor there ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!! I admit, I DO get lots of packages to be delivered to me, but I pay for that service for the items to be delivered to me and thati is what I expect! But.do I get all of my packages? HECK NO!!!! And whenever I call to speak to Danny about it, he gets condenscending, nonchalant and very dismissive, which is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and it irks me as a resident of Lake Forest that I have no recourse but to have to deal with the jerk! I have had SO many packages lost and unaccounted for that it’s ridiculous and I have had to deal with Danny too many times that I cared to! He has NEVER been able to find any of my packages while all of the times that I’ve had to complain about them. Recently, I had ordered a gift for my mom’s birthday that wasn’t delivered and.I told him that, but he didn’t care. He just kept repeating himself by stating “Like I said…” and any time someone says that, they’re being dismissive and passive aggresive, which is Danny’s personality precisely!! I do not undersstand how he’s still in an position of authority down there! My mother lives in another state and had sent me something for Christmas that never got delivered to me and she also had to deal with him and her complaint was identical to mine, so apparently, he treats EVERYONE like that…either that, or he just treats everyone who looks like me like that! I’m not sure, but it’s unprofessional and so not cool! DO BETTER UNITIED STATES POSTAL SERVICE!!…P.S… AND if Danny starts to retaliate against me by messing with more of my mail and/or losing MORE of it on purpose, since I wrote this negative review, I will have no choice but to file SEVERAL formal complaints against him, and will take it as high as I need to go, via any means necessary, if need be!!!I wished I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!

Despite 3 people were home, the driver was too lazy to ring the doorbell so just left the pink slip in mailbox. Monday the driver take the pink slip but no package. So I had to chase him down and ask where my package was, and he saids he got the slip so now he’ll deliver it tomorrow. Huh??? so why did I wait all day thinking he’s got my package when i could’ve driven there and get it instead of waiting another 24 hours. Serious lack of attention and pure laziness

W RAMOCame in to return an item I bought online from someone who tried to scam me by selling a fake product. I got the label from OfferUp, USPS Priority shipping. The seller sent me the item in the same manner. I then learned that the item was too large to ship in this manner, and would cost nearly $200+ to ship. I needed the $400 I spent on the item, and dint want to go through the whole hassle of contacting customer service, etc, as I was on my lunch for work. RAMO quickly measured, informed me of this, then came with the solution of cutting the box down to size. He was able to eyeball the size and have me cut it down, thus we were able to make it work in the end, in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond in a painful situation, which I GREATLY appreciate. I didn't have cash to tip him, so hopefully this review helps him some and he knows he's appreciated.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I am escalating this issue for sure. The staff including the manager are some of the rudest people I have encountered, period. Very disrespectful mostly one lady named Veronica or something! Scheduled an appointment "WITH PICTURE" for my son to get his passport. I get everything ready, even the checks because arranging for an appointment for two working parents is very hard! We get there and this lady says per protocol we can't take a picture of kids under 2! Now mind you, we took my daughter to the same location last October when she was 1.5 years old and they took a picture! This "protocol" was not noted anywhere on their website when I made the appointment. With the horrible attitude she had she pointed to the door and said it's on the door! So, you are telling me I come here with everything ready and need to get this done and head to work and you tell me the note is on the door and now I have to go to some other place to take a picture and come back? We were still nice and told her you have to follow protocol, we understand, can we talk to your supervisor? With her fabulous attitude she said "I'm not gonna lose my job over this!" Lady, we are saying we understand YOU JUST WORK THERE so why are you being so rude?!!!!! The supervisor was as disrespectful as the lady. We ask to see the protocol and the guy says I don't have it. So this is not a protocol. You guys just decided "not" to do that and failed, miserably, to communicate it with the costumers and to make it even worse, treat the costumer like that. This is unacceptable. Very poor service. Get it together, update the website, have a note on the appointment page saying you can't make an appointment with picture if your kid is under 2, attach the new "rule" at the end of it. You can do better USPS. Also, your staff needs some educating on costumer service.

The lady's name Chrissy had a really bad attitude with customer. She discriminated me . She has no right screaming at customer. I think the manager of this office need to discuss with her about her bad attitude to customer.

The reason for my 3 stars I was sending a box and didn’t tape it , the associate forced me to buy a tape brand new and she refused me to give me two inches of tape which she had next to her desk. I went to different locations one in Irvine UC and also the one in Brea both of them they let me use their tape and not to buy one . ! She started arguing about it too . Will not come back to this location.

I really hope this review stays on whenever they update the new USPS address, because I have a lot of good things to say about my experience here.From the moment I walked into the USPS, Tara, the store owner, welcomed me and proceeded to give me the best customer service experience I have ever had at a mailing/parcel company. Indeed, this was not just another humdrum venture into a faceless business where I do my transactions and forget about everyone I met there, I felt like I was in a neighborly home where I am known and welcomed in like family. And in an age of impersonal technology and smart phones, the human touch was just a breath of fresh air.And aside from her diligence and competence and ensuring that everything was in order to send my passport renewal application (capably accomplished I might add), she was just a very pleasant and kind person to speak with. I look forward to any and all future visits to this USPS branch.

I love coming to this post office. Always fast, efficient, not your typical stereotypical old cranky postal workers. At least not when I'm there.

I've come to check my PO box several times only to find the door locked. The lobby supposed to be open till 7:00 p.m. and it's not 7:00 yet. According to my clock it was 6:50. So this is two times I drove all the way over here to check my box only to have to come back again. Quit closing the door early or I'm going to get my PO box somewhere else where they don't lock it early! I pay for that box, and it says I have access till 7:00 p.m. you need to make sure that it is available then! FYI, several other people walked up to a locked door after I got in my car. So I'm not the only customer you're inconveniencing. There are a lot of people that come at 6:50 only to have a door locked early.
