Very rude staff. Every time I walk inside. Someone always telling me to get out and get in line outside. Just because you put a SIR at the end of your demand it doesn’t mean you are polite.

the older lady with short hair and glasses is there, she’s so rude! I bring my package and try to find an envelope in front. She asked me to go back to the line? Do I need to wait a line to browse a bubble envelope? So stupid. I didn’t drop my package here anyway. I won’t use UPS any more.

I arrived at 6:29 to do Amazon returns. They had a customer in there and said they were closed. As someone who runs a business this is poor customer service as the return would have taken 1 min to scan two returns.

Came in to ship a box with Disneyland stuff. They charges $10 for the box itself, as pictured, and another $27 to ship it from Lake Forest, CA to Oregon City, OR.Absurd.This is why everything gets shipped USPS.

I just come here when an Amazon return requires me too, so I am not here very often.The few times I've been here, the overall experience has been ok. Sometimes it get really busy, so it's a hit or miss kinda thing.Today Monday, I showed up around 1:30 pm and it was empty, but as I was walking out, the line was getting a bit long already.The lady at the counter was quick and still very helpful and friendly.Parking can be a little hassle if that store is busy. You'll have to park somewhere else in the shopping center, but it'll be a very short walk anyways!

I want to say how nice it was to come to this store and how well I was treated. Darian and Shannon are excellent with their customer service, as well as all the other employees. It was very refreshing being treated so well, esp. after being treated so poorly at the UPS in Foothill Ranch. The staff here at the Lake Forest UPS told us that many others came here also from the UPS in Foothill Ranch saying they too were treated bad. They too had a very disturbing experience with the older man that works there. He just kept getting ruder and ruder! And I put up with it for way too long. He is a very unreasonable man and he is obviously not well. He talked down to you, was very rude, and was very angry about having to do any Amazon returns. If you’re under that much stress, get another job that will make you happy. UPS in Foothill Ranch will lose a lot of business! The employees at Lake Forest treat you kindly and with respect. They gladly accepted my items. Thank you for your excellent customer service!
