The young lady in the store (with the scarf on her head) was very knowledgeable, fast and courteous, and knew exactly what to do. What a present experience that was.

Came in and Michael was really great. They get many amazon returns to deal with during their regular business and he deals with things much better than the local competition, who are normally annoyed by doing these types of returns. Thank you for your kindness!
