I waited to post this review because I was nervous about possible retaliation. But I’m at a point that I have trouble entering ANY UPS store because of the experience I had at this one. I don’t want anyone else to feel this way, so I’m posting it: Extremely demeaning, rude, sexist and tried to refuse an Amazon return that was completely within Amazon’s return policy–what a horrible way to represent UPS and Amazon. I gave this store a second chance even though the employee who helped me both times was rude and demeaning (for reference, he is an older man with salt and pepper hair). I was looking for the QR code for the package I was returning via UPS–in literally less than one minute, he loudly said, “Faster!” I calmly told him not to talk to me that way and that I was looking for the QR code, he aggressively leaned forward and loudly repeated, “Faster!” It’s demeaning to get yelled at in such an antagonistic way–in front of other customers as well. He’s truly a bully, devoid of common courtesy, much less any sense of decent customer service.
At a prior visit, he tried to disparage my husband, snidely asking him if he has to return all my packages for me. He obviously doesn't, but so what if he did? Seriously UPS, what's wrong with that? It felt like he was implying that it's somehow inappropriate or emasculating for a husband to mail things for his wife–or that I was somehow unfairly making him do this. It's just so absurd to accept a customer's business while at the same time giving that same customer a hard time for bringing their business to you–with an odd sense of sexism attached to it. This guy literally mails packages for a living, but calls out another guy for mailing stuff? What's even more absurd is that UPS allows this kind of belittling, disrespectful behavior.
The first time I went there, he tried to refuse my Amazon return and tell me that I could not return multiple items from a single Amazon order to him unless it was sealed in a single package. When I told him that was not Amazon’s policy and it’s specifically the way Amazon allowed me to make the return online, he grudgingly accepted my return and said that he’s no longer going to accept those types of returns. That directly goes against Amazon’s policies–”no box, no label” means exactly that. It does not mean “everything needs to be packed up in one package.”
The fact that UPS allows this behavior in its stores shows that it perpetuates disparaging, even sexist, behavior and does not want my business. Maybe they're racist as well–there seems to be a pattern forming in the negative reviews. Better alternatives are the Fedex store near Home Depot on Rancho Parkway in Lake Forest and the UPS store on Trabuco/Lake Forest. Both have always been professional when I've dealt with them.

This is place is very professional and helpful. I had a problem with my Amazon return and Shawn helped me resolve it. Customer service here is wonderful

If I can give a 0 star I would, the worst UPS store I've ever been to. I don't know what these people mean by good customer service, as a person who works in customer service it's bad. One of the other worker was just wrapping up things in the back without a care in the world while customers are waiting in one line. As a customer service provider, when I see customer I drop doing everything and help the customer, if I can't at least I tell the customer to give me one second. But he just avoided me like I was invisible. That's just rude. I will never come back here. You're welcome, it seems like you hate customers anyway.

Always fast and easy. The guys here are a pleasure to talk to and fast. Support your local UPS store folks, Amazon/UPS deal absolutely shafts them.

This is one of the best ups stores I’ve been to , the guys helping especially Sean were very kind and helpful. I came here for a live scan and the experience was a 10/10 they had good music playing. Very friendly to all the customers coming in they even seemed to have good relationships with their returning customers ! Would definitely come again

Saun is a superb people person and also makes it his mission that you leave with a smile on your face. Love the atmosphere there. I know this is a lot for a post office review, but this gentleman is A very kind human being.
