Stopped by here for a tray of their delicious tortilla chips and took one look at their Chile rellenos and had to try one. So glad I did. They're huge and sooooo delicious. The service is always great, staff is always super friendly, place is always clean.

We have shopped there frequently and purchased some prepared food like mole n chicken. Chicharon in salsa Verde n never got sick till this last Friday 11th August so be aware stomach pain .high body temperature, like food poison.

Some of the ladies at the hot food need more guidance on getting and doing orders correct. im only writing review now because i love this place and its been too many times that i always get dissapointed the first time i order my order and i trust and pay and when i get home some of my items are missing. they did give it to me but i of course need to drive back etc. then other times i order and they give me more than what i order. bottom line is from now on please confirm your order before they do it and when are done Check all is there. to not waste time and gas.

Affordable and good.The beans are truly the best beans I have ever had. I could eat there every day with just the rice and beansThe chicken and carnitas are good. The chicken is better but the carnitas are good too.I give this place 4 stars solely off the rice and beans...and the prices. The staff is meh, I kind of feel unwelcome there, almost like they don't want me there...it truly is uncomfortable! But gosh darn, those beans and rice make me keep coming back for more regardless of the fact that I feel so unwelcome

This little meat market has great produce. It also has an excellent selection of food to go. I had an al pastor taco with enough meat for two tacos. Price was 3.75$ so they are bigger than street tacos. Also had a 1/4 chicken mole with a friend, about 12.50$. A generous piece of thigh and drumstick. This is covered with a small jacuzzi of mole sauce. For those that don't know, mole is a deep brown almost black savory gravy. Better described as whats NOT in it it has unique flavors and ingredients. Every Abuela (Gmom) has their own family recipe. The sauce at Tula's was on point. Not too sweet and all the flavors came through. Plus if I'd had a chicken breast too there was enough for more chicken. Combo served with rice n beans a bit of cheese on top. Five corn tortillas given too! Then house picante red and a bright green sauce plus limes. They had all the meats; barbacoa, carnitas, pork skin in green sauce, asada, shredded chicken. I'll definitely be back to try that barbacoa. Note *** Food is to go but a few simple tables are outside. No restrooms. The sun is toasty in the summer afternoon, but the food so worth it. Provechos! Also, try Tula's grocery a little south @ Rockfield.
