Great little authentic mexican market and take out. Fresh everything. It can be spicy so make sure and ask. Many items you can't find in regular markets.

The food is very delicious but the staff is very slow, I waited for about half an hour for 2 tacos while those who serve are soft and soft and they don't feel like it and even though there were only 2 of us in line, they are terrible at serving, they have to hurry more

I've been coming to Tula for many years, but like everyone else they are price gauging. Food I ordered barbacoa , pollo, beans, queso and guacamole . I then asked for some pico de gallo. They charged me $6.50 for a small container of pico. A side of Pico has been free my entire life. A side of Pico is still free every where else I go. Done with you Tula.

The best Tortillas in the area. The food is very good and has Mexican products that are difficult to find elsewhere. Not a very big store but has enough to make a Mexican happy

Yesterday I bought a cotija cheese and I opened it until today, January 9, 2024; The cheese smelled very bad and tasted worse!!! I came today at 6:10 pm to tell them to return it and prevent more people from getting sick to their stomach because they sell rotting cheese. There were 2 cashiers and the lady who has injected lips helped me. She was too rude and doubted that the cheese was not useful even though she smelled it herself!!! He said he wouldn't give me the money back because I didn't talk on the phone yesterday when I bought the cheese; or how??? Anyone who buys at TULA MARKET must speak by phone on the same day of purchase even if they consume it until the next day??? As consumers we must guess that the products this store sells will be decomposing!??? That's how absurd his argument was for not wanting to return the money. If you value your health, do not buy from this store!!!

The product is excellent, but the service, especially the cashiers, is very rude, as if one were going to order a gift. On the other hand, at the REY supermarket, the cashiers are very loving.

Delicious food. Chamurrado always hits the spot no matter what time of day it is. Just like Mom's!

Excellent, authentic Mexican food and Market. My Mexican raised friend insists on stopping by for lunch every time she's in town. I highly recommend the Pina tamales. They are fantastic!

Terrible service! The service counter skipped me multiple times as I was waiting with two babies under two in my arms!! All I needed was a cup of mole sauce. Finally After I stepping in to say I was waiting and had been skipped multiple times they served me. At checkout the cashier charged me $18.95 for a cup of plain mole. No meat and nothing else. I feel this was way over priced and the service was also non apologetic. Pretty rude honestly.

Tula is a wonderful Mexican market in Lake Forest, one of the best in the area. With not many Mexican market choices in south Orange County, Tula's is my go to stop for freshly made corn tortillas. They also offer a delicious selection of Mexican cheeses and prepared Mexican meals. Their tacos are huge and can be made into two tacos. The service here is always friendly and super efficient. I have never been dissatisfied with any of my purchases here. They also do offer pre-marinated carne asada, which comes at a premium. Personally have never purchased since I prepare to make myself. My only suggestion to make the experience better would be expanding!
