We found a blood spot on the sheets, were moved to another room that was not cleaned, then moved to another room that was clean. It was extremely difficult moving multiple times in the late evening with our two children that wanted to sleep after a long roadtrip.

My wife and I have stayed here 2 times. We had a great experience both times we stayed. Rooms were clean and cozy, excellent complimentary breakfast and the staff is amazing. Friendly, curious and accommodating to all of our request. Especially Luis, he helped us several times and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

While rooms are typical of townplace with full sized fridge kitchenette. etc, it was lacking in houskeeping services (i guess they are keeping with covid protocols and cleaning every two days) and in the breakfast. it was by far the worst food a marriott has ever had. potatoes were dry, egg bites were rubbery. oatmeal was dry and crusted. it was inedible. it is an embarrassment to call the food breakfast. i hope they are able to get the funding or people they need to make even just a continental breakfast, bc this was unacceptable.

We’ve stayed here twice over the last two months and it’s been great. Good location. New clean rooms. Good breakfast. Awesome for kids sports teams. Most importantly was the service. Dominic was at the front desk both stays and was an amazing host. Friendly and kind. We had one small issue and he made it right. Great place for families!

I am actually fan girling over this hotel! It is so refreshing to have: Immaculate rooms, super friendly staff, a nice gym, and a convenient location.Big shout out to Jackie who brought us a blow dryer with a huge smile on her face within 5 minutes of our call at 6:45 on a Saturday morning.Also to Dominic who called a few hours after check-in to see if the room was quiet enough because I have a sleep issue.Sad we only stayed here one night.

I stayed here on my last two visits to South Orange County and could not have had a better experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean! Everyone at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I have stayed at many of the other Marriott properties in and around Irvine Spectrum, but with the in-room amenities TownePlace offers (large refrigerator, workspace), reasonable parking, and easy in and out, I will continue to stay here.Food & drinks: For a free continental breakfast, it's better than most.

Very clean place. Seems to be fairly new. Breakfast was typical of this chain. I would gladly stay here again. It's convenient to the freeway and several local restaurants.
