I want to hop on here really quick and leave a review. Back in November I had a loan for an out of state investment property fall through which was very stressful but Aaron and the team came through and I was able to close in 2 1/2 weeks. Aaron was professional, easy to talk to and overall got the job done and we closed in time. Will do business with them again.

This was my first home purchase and I found TQL to be very professional and helpful during the whole process. Sergio helped run multiple scenarios to determine which rate buydown options made the most sense for me, and he made sure everything was scheduled and ready to go when it came time to sign. I'll definitely be using TQL again in the future.

I've not until now met a group of people that fight so hard for their clients. When they say no family left behind, they mean it. They work nonstop to find solutions for first time homebuyers and investors alike, intending to educate the consumer and not treat them as a number. While not everyone has their finances setup to qualify right when they want to, Total Quality Lending truly explores every avenue available to find a solution. They will even facilitate a plan to help get you to where you need to be so you can begin building wealth using real estate. While you can't please all of the people all of the time, Total Quality Lending certainly doesn't sleep without trying.

Our experience with Total Quality Lending was exceptional! The mortgage process is indeed intimidating, especially as first time homebuyers, but Taylor Burkhart made us feel confident every step of the way. His knowledge, expertise, and responsiveness was invaluable. He was able to explain things in a way that was comprehensive yet easy to understand and personalized to our complicated situation. Despite our abundance of questions along the way, personalw issues, Taylor never made us feel like a burden; he never belittled us like what our previous lender did. His responses were always clear, timely and valuable. His skilled communication and collaboration with our realtor agent made the Closing seamless! We closed in just over a month! He was truly an advocate for us from the time of our initial consultation all the way through to the closing. Big big thank you, Taylor for not giving us on us! You truly a God sent.Would also like to mention, Erin. She’s Very professional, good in communicating, and all questions were answered thoroughly and all needs met in a timely manner.Overall, our experience with Total Quality Lending exceeded our expectations- 100% recommend!

October 20 Taylor reached out to me about my interest in buying a home. He gave me a couple pointers to help my credit and did things on his end to help me get it updated quickly. After that he had people (Kim Gadberry) on his team hit the floor running and less than 30 days we managed to close on the home I wanted. He was truly professional and would highly recommend.

This is my first time working with TQL and Chris and his team were fantastic! It’s very important to shop around for the best lender for your needs. With market rates being an all time high and purchase prices still through the roof. We were looking for an honest lender who can close quickly and wasn’t going to try to get over on us by selling us points or charging higher interest rates. There were many lenders out there who did exactly that in my situation. Chris was willing to go above and beyond to beat every other quote we had and even provided his professional opinion on whether or not to buy points. Which I was stuck on doing for a while. We had a very fast closing so I’m impressed with the timely response that his team delivered to get my loan funded. Definitely won’t be my last time reaching out for future lending options. My fiancé and I have been looking to buy a house for a year now. We were talking to a mortgage broker that wasn’t very helpful and communicative. I found a house I loved and Blake Wright and Aaron Vasquez called me from Total Quality Lending. I didn’t think we were going to get approved for very much. Within 1 day we were approved for up to $400,000. I couldn’t believe it. Blake and Aaron were so quick at getting us approved. They have been there to help us through every step of the way. They are extremely kind and responsive 24/7. Literally if you have a question in the middle of the night they are there for you ( they deserve sleep though they work extremely hard) so I didn’t bother them until work hours lol. There wasn’t one time I called Blake or emailed Aaron and they didn’t answer or message me immediately if they was busy! I’m extremely thankful for them and they have made our dream come true!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH GUYS! If you need a mortgage go through TOTAL QUALITY LENDING! Ask for Blake Wright as your advisor and Aaron as your officer. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!!

I can't say enough great things about TQL, Chris, and his team Becky, Erin..everyone! This was our first investment property and it couldn't have been any smoother. I called many lenders before starting this process, and as soon as I spoke with Chris I could tell he was who I wanted to work with. Everyone is very responsive, knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond. We purchased a property out of state which I was initially nervous about, but they made everything so easy! I look forward to working with them on many more deals in the near future!
