Although they were not able to help us (only because we didn't live in orange county) the person I spoke to was very caring and super apologetic that there was nothing she could do for us. Just the fact that there are still decent, caring humans out there gives this place 5 stars

Our Vision: A community that cares so deeply for the welfare of its pets that it finds shelter euthanasia not only unnecessary, but unimaginable.
PAC-OC rescues dogs from shelters and other untenable situations (we cannot accept strays), and provides for their needs while waiting for adoption at our stress-free adoption center—keeping them happy, healthy, and adoptable. We help ensure successful placements by matching pets with highly compatible families. PAC-OC provides counseling services to potential adopters, and volunteer and educational opportunities to the community.
