Management hates the disabled. If you have any kind of disability, they will deny you basic services. It’s shocking. If you support rights for the disabled, don’t give them your business. Disgusting behavior.

I have severe OCD so I get triggered by crumbs or loose pieces of paper and it causes big problems for me when I have to go to an environment I can't control such as the service desk area because there is a back counter area.
Because of this I was very nervous to approach that area and do my simple exchange just because a lot of times people don't understand I have OCD and I might ask for a crumb or loose trash on the floor to be picked up and given to me so I can dispose of properly because of my disease.
The young man working the counter was excellent I did ask him to pick up three little loose pieces of trash and give them to me so I could dispose of them properly the way I feel comfortable.
He acted like it was no big deal in all and I am truly grateful for that because sometimes people in other stores can be very nasty when you ask them to do something because they don't understand the disease.
I just briefly mentioned to him that I have severe OCD and he didn't question me or argue with me like many people have it other stores he just to accommodated me and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.
Thank you so much I didn't catch his name who helped me but I appreciate your kindness and my exchange was painless efficient!

Pretty good Target (as long as your not here for a fresh grocery run) but the self checkout lines are regularly closed without enough cash registers open for the amount of people in store - so you wait 20-30 minutes just to pickup a couple items.

This is the worst target ever I came in to use the 10% off a gift card purchase and the manager kept arguing with me. I called customer service and he said that it’s auto applied that you just need a phone number service desk lady wanted to argue with me ridiculous. I was wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to buy a gift card for the ddeal that’s today and they would not honor it.

Luckily, I live in between two nearby Targets because I will never return to this location ever again. I purchased an electronic item from a nearby Target location and realized it wasn't compatible with my device. I looked up Target's return policy on electronic items and since I was nearby the Foothill location, I came in to return it here. Online, it states that electronic items, open or not, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days and Apple products 15 days. I literally bought this item the night before and wanted to exchange it immediately. The woman who was helping me was kind and professional. During the transaction, she asked a colleague to confirm that the return is possible. The kind younger man confirmed that as long as the barcodes matched up everything looked good. However, this older lady decided to eavesdrop and interject herself into our conversation and involve herself into my return. She was very rude from the beginning, talking to the lady helping me as if I'm not standing right there. The rude lady was micromanaging the lady helping me and was trying to convince her that I could not return the item. That's when I pulled up the screenshot of their return policy and she rudely stated, "Well, our return policy is going to change." I kindly told her that it's good to know but I made sure to look up the return policy before I came in and came prepared with my receipt and ID. The rude lady then decided to take over my return without telling the kind lady that initially was helping me out anything. She then continued to reiterate that their return policy in electronics are going to change over and over again. At this point, I was trying to get a word in and to request for store credit because I had used a Visa gift card. Before I could even finish my sentence she interrupted me and said, "too late I complete your return" and handed me my receipt. Vida gift cards are a hassle, especially the debit card kinds as returns take a while to process and there's a hold, etc. I had this gift card lingering for a while and just wanted to be able to use it for the exchange I was attempting to make. I decided to not let that experience bother me and I went straight to the electronics department. There were three employees just talking and not acknowledging that there's a customer waiting for assistance. Finally, two of the employees scurried away to look busy and I, unfortunately, was left with Joshua. I believe that was his name but I don't remember because I was too busy being provided the most condescending "customer service" by an arrogant, incompetent individual. I told him what I needed and instead of going to get the item, he asked why I needed it. I told him that I purchased a different version the night before, but it was not compatible with my device. After doing research all night, I found a compatible device that I'm looking for. He then asked why I needed it and I told him the reasons why and if he could kindly go Grab the device I'm looking for. Then he decided to tell me that I should purchase a mouse instead for my device. By the way, a mouse is not compatible with the device that I have. I again asked him to go. Please get me the item that I was looking for, but then he kept, insisting that I re-purchased the item I just returned. I then told him that it is not compatible again. He then went on to say that it should be and I told him no, after doing research these are the devices that are compatible with the item that I returned and the item I would like to purchase right now is compatible with my device. He finally, gave up and grab the item that I was looking for. He was very pushy, arrogant, and clearly was trying to push some power trip. At that point, I just wanted to grab my item and leave. I decided to try to use the gift card to see if it would work. After one attempt I wanted to let him know that I'm going to use a different card now but before I could, he had to give his two cents that's when he decided

Make sure your LP knows how to do their job in being discreet otherwise they make it obvious and also hard working people feel uncomfortable while shopping especially when they've worked 2 years in Target Lp before. Chill.

I didn’t know that employees can make up trading card policies regarding how many we can take. On top of that it says 2 per person and than on the spot change it to 2 per household. Regardless there is no policy on that in the target policy sites. If I knew I wouldn’t have come by. They change this policy everyday and that sounds like a class act lawsuit to me. I even went back to ask Peter the suppose manager why 2 per house hold when there made up policy sign says 2 per person. Making up there own rules is not something I see or read anywhere In the target policies that state they can alter and make up in house policies. Before you answer it’s different at every target that is in the same district as the foothill ranch target.

Tried to get ahold of this Target to find out if I left my food card there. I called 9 times over the course of 4 hours and NO ONE answered. I called all departments. There is something wrong here.

Worst Target I have ever been in. I was done shopping and as I walked to check out I had two employees direct me to a register. I thought, no big deal. But as I am placing my things on top of the register the same employees were staring. The lady at the register was ringing me up but then I had security walk around me and staring at me as I pay. I guess this place has trust issues Felt supper uncomfortable. I do not need people hovering around me as I am paying. invasion of an individual's privacy.
