I have been dealing with Staples for over 10 years at various locations in OC. The store on El Toro Rd. has a wide variety of choices in every category and the staff is well trained and helpful in answering questions.

For a number of year I have used Staples to get my office supplies. What is not available in the store, I order the item via the internet available in the store so there is no downtime. I especially like that Staples offers coffee, tea, and office break foods. It is my one-stop shop.

I’ve had two bad experiences at this Staples location. The store itself is fine, but an employee named Jonathan is rude to customers, unnecessarily so. Especially the more elderly customers. His tone of voice is annoyed, I saw him roll his eyes at an older man, and he is generally rude. I was also helped by Chad, who was helpful and professional. But the other man needs to be disciplined—I never leave reviews, but he is very disrespectful.

Use this place to print from time to time, but this time when I went in the cashier decided to complain to me about the fact they are adding female characters to a board game he plays and had a prominent pro-isreal pin on his uniform. I don't want your politics I just want to buy stationary

Good location, clean and organized. However I noticed that some of the items were either way cheaper than Amazon or way more expensive than Amazon. Do your homework.

Love the copy staff. Professionalism and compassion for our projects.
I've had the best service from Melanie numerous times and she is always so helpful in making sure my projects come out the way I want and need them to be. Today was a great lamination so I can present with professionalism in my job. Thank you Melanie.
Also saw how Cameron helped a lady struggling to get her resume sent over. English wasn't her main language and Cameron calmly and compassionately walked her through the steps and got the job done. I hope she gets the job.
and thanks to the management team for creating a safe fun work place where excellence like this is created.

Cameron at the Copy Print section at Staples is amazing. He helps me whenever I need business cards and they are always done quickly.

This is by far the best Staples I've ever been to. Both Cameron and James in the Print Department gave me the best customer service I've ever had at any store. I received excellent customer service when I was dropping off my order, and excellent customer service when I picked up my order. Even though this isn't the closest Staples to my house, this will forever be my Staples of choice. It's worth driving the extra distance to be helped by such a friendly and competent staff.

Cameron in print services called me because my holiday card was coming out blurry and he wanted to give me options before he completed the job. I went to the store, he helped me with the card and then helped me apply the discount that wasn't working for me online. He went above what he had to do, and I got my cards earlier, and for a great price. I've had prints come out wonky at another Staples and no one has ever called me to check if that's what I wanted. I've always had a good experience at this store.
