The rooms are good - spacious for a hotel, with a sofa (by west elm), a study table, TV, either one king sized bed or two queen beds (I prefer two queen beds), a table with stuff like cups and tea making stuff, two tables besides the beds with lights, a small closet, and a toilet with all you need in a toilet - including towels and mops. Of course, there are plugs, but bring adaptor if you're foreign. In terms of the actual hotel, they have a free breakfast, fitness center, small outside space, but no pool. The nearby (butnot really near, still a 10-20 min walkTownplace suites does have a pool, and since Townplace is by Marriott you could use their pool. There's a market to buy stuff. The real concern for me was the services. The room service sometimes did not clean, and ohe day they cleaned but took some of our water, we responded.Lastly we got ejected from the hotel - in the last supposed three days we had to move room, but the room we moved ot smelled like paint, and the hotel people said there was no room left ( there was, our previous room). We had to move room because of our own reason, cancelling a trip to anither cityWalkability: Walkable to some restaurants for lunch/dinner

The front desk was extremely friendly. The beds were comfy! Everything was spotless and the breakfast was hot and yummy:) would definitely stay here again. You should not though that there is no hot tub but a pool. And also, you have to pay for parking. 19 dollars??♀️

The room was dirty and smells like poop or mud. Most of the staff were on their earphones. I asked the lady who was cleaning the breakfast section to refill the sausages. She ignored me and kept talking on her phone. Before leaving the hotel I told the front desk lady not to send a room service ; She ignored my request and sent anyway. She called me later on to apologize. Some of my personal belongings were taken I complained to the front desk and asked the manager to call me. No one reached out to me.I will not recommend this hotelRooms: Horrible. Dirty smelling like mud or poop. Bedsheets are dirty

Location, facility, service, and staffThis is a long overdue review. I have been traveling to orange county several times a year to attend my aging in-laws who live in a retirement community close by. This place is my goto hotel. I have been staying there ever since it was built. It's located at a convenient plaza right next to I-5 & 405 with plenty of restaurants.Rooms are spacious and spotless with all essential amenities including fridge, microwave, coffee machine , study desk and iron board etc.Hotel has a cute gym with towel services and plenty of parking underground. Daily inclusive breakfast comes with many healthy choices, homey waffle makers and fresh fruits. It started long time ago with 1 waffle maker and now 2:)More importantly, staff there are super nice! They make you feel welcome and are ready to help you whatever you need. I felt like the service is getting better every time we stayed there, mostly because of the staff and the manager. They are true professionals! The hotel is only 2 star!!! That's a steal:) I am a long time SPG and now Marriott Bonvoy platinum member. I have stayed all over, this hotel is one of my top favorite. Thank you!

The Queen size suite, includes a Refrigerator, microwave oven, a small closet, a TV & a Mini living room area & an office desk. The showers and sinks have very little water pressure. In 2022 I broke my ankle. My home has stairs and this property had the handicap accessible suite. Perfect while I make a full recovery. As of May 2023 management changed. Service has been poor. Employees lack etiquette and hospitality. My family and I have been vacaationing@ Marriott properties, for over 30 years. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member- reached Ambassador status. When I brought up my rewards points to Stephanie/fr desk. She said " sorry I don't know what you mean".There were several incidents which prompted me to contact Corporate. False fees were on my bill and overcharging. They reversed some of the fees and I am waiting the rest to be reversed. The overcharging on my bill were unbelievable.Charged daily parking space fees. I never used their parking space, not even Once. My car has been parked at home. Yet numerous false parking fees on my bill.$358 per night, $258 tourism fees and it goes on.My personal assistant /driver who takes me to my physical therapy ~ was shocked at their lack of knowledge and carelessness.Location is good but very noisy, as property sits on a busy street. Breakfasts are average.Doreet LegalDocs ( linkedIn)Bennett Law Offices Administrator

Nice rooms, good equipped gym,Staff usually nice and helpful. The wifi is too slow though, close to unacceptable for a hotel that prouds itself being for business travelers. That leads to an overall 4 star rating.Nearby activities: Spectrum and beaches just a few miles out.Food & drinks: Good selection of convenience food.

Hotel was nice, but they canceled my reservation when I got there and moved me to another hotel for a night, then I had to move back. When I spoke with a manager named Mario about recouping my travel expenses, he offered to get me an Uber credit. He then ghosted me and will not return my emails. I have sent him several messages, but he does not return.

Location is great with lots of eateries. Breakfast was wider range as compared to my days in other hotels. Room was big and clean. Love this hotel.
