I feel very comfortable bringing my pets here. I don't feel like they try and do unnecessary procedures or tests or try to upsell me. Vets are very personable and explain everything well.

My husband and I just can't say enough good things about this place, the great Vets, and staff. We recently had our 15 Husky die and were heartbroken. They all were so empathetic and caring. And we decided to adopt another Husky that is 13 with an appearance and medical problem. They got her in quickly and did tests and grooming. The prices are excellent. We had been with another practice since 1975 but changed. Our dog is getting the care she deserves. They are a small group that cares for your pets like they are their own. Our Vet is Dr. Kim and we also work with Dr. DeAtley. We have 2 newer rescues now. The staff and Dr. Kim are fantastic. The other vets are very good. They are magnificent!

Dr. Kim is a cat whisperer! Even our nervous bengal was calmed and got through the examination and vaccination without a problem. Really like this place and the staff.

Love, love, love this place. Dr. Tani is AMAZING with animals. I love how she gets down to their level to examine them, so your pet is less stressed. Also, it is one of the only vets that I have gone to that don't try to nickel and dime you. I would highly recommend!

My cat is always remembered when we come in. They always cut his claws and he doesn't mind. He is always good with them and he is not for us. All other times he has been treated as special. That means a lot to me. Vet visits are not always pleasant. But he behaves which tell me they are gentle and kind to him.

SOCAH is attentive and thorough with their care. I know them through OCSP Cat Rescue and they've been absolutely critical to the successes of the rescue.

Dr. Tani and all of the staff at South Orange County Animal Hospital are fantastic!!! We will never go anywhere else. They have helped us with all of our cats, and we’ve been coming to them for over 10 years. They’ve been so compassionate when we’ve had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our elderly cats. They both lived to be “super seniors”, thanks to help from Dr. Tani and Dr. Kim.
Now, our kitty Hobbes is adjusting to being an only cat and recovering from a urinary blockage and bladder infection. He’s doing great thanks to Dr. Tani! We are so thankful for this hospital, and recommend them to all of our family and friends. ?

Choose this veterinarian hospital! Dr. Kim was hands down the best vet we’ve ever had. You could tell that he genuinely cares about animals. I think our vets in the past have been a little de-sensitized but it was clear that Dr. Kim really cared about Jackson and wanted him to feel comfortable and be healthy. The prices were reasonable, $60 for a general checkup and our vaccines ranged from $20-$35, nail trimming was $18.

Dr Tani is such an amazing vet. She is so nice to my dog and listens to all my concerns. Everyone from the vet techs to the front desk are so friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Tani is very caring and informative. She takes time to explain why she is recommending treatments. She answers all our questions. We have been taking our cat to South Orange County for the last 3 years. We came on a recommendation from a friend and are very happy we did. There are several other animal hospitals closer to us but we like how our cat is treated here
