Shannon, there was no abuse just very upset after paying 300 and still having live bugs. You guys offered the additional funds which was 95 each. Her words human error but we would have to pay to be treated again each, why not correct your guys work? You guys couldn't do the job the first time why pay more? If you guys have headlice go to Picky Pam in Huntington Beach or she will do her work in the comfort of your own home! Her work is 100% guaranteed and gets everything out the same day she treats your hair.

Thank you Olivia!!! My girls and I couldn't believe it but we were so lucky to have met you. You calmed me down from the first call, I was panicking. We had a good run, no lice issues for 6yrs. But, we found ourselves in need of a specialist once again. Luckily your company came recommended from a friend and got us in same day. Can't thank you enough-true angels sent down to save my sanity. And I didn't have to burn the house down.

update after telling me she was charging 325, she charged my card 372. scam. this chic went back and added a 48 dollar tip to my credit card . omg that is straight fraud

Had an amazing experience with Allie and Olivia so far. Called and they were able to get me in within 90mins of my first phone call. Allie answered all of my questions and scheduled my daughter for a follow up visit. I had them check my hair to be cautious. I was very pleased with not only the experience but the customer service as well.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Olivia. My daughters managed to pick up lice at different times, so we have had multiple experiences here over the last few months. Both times Olivia was able to get us right in and treated. At our second appointment we were able to confirm that Olivia was successful in taking care of the issue the first time around (for both of my girls). We have done many head checks with her and I have happily paid for the peace of mind Olivia is able to give us. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I cannot say enough great things about her! *others below have mentioned something about a discount for a review, but that's not a thing anymore. I am writing this without being asked because they deserve a great review!

This is my second time coming to this location. I came here 5 years ago and the staff was amazing and got rid of the lice my daughter had. I was worried about it again today and made a last-minute appointment. Luckily there were no lice. Olivia helped me out and she was so friendly and accommodating. I loved that she also text me before my appointment letting me know that she finished early and I could come sooner. She was very thorough, never pulled any hair, and carried on a great conversation. I would recommend this location and Olivia's services to anyone.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Olivia's professional, kind, and caring attitude. I was 100% certain that I had lice. Based on a photo I sent her, Olivia was almost certain that I did not, but she understood the desperation in my voice and arranged a same day appointment for me. I was lice free as she initially thought, but the confirmation gave me peace of mind . Thank you Olivia for your patience and understanding. I am a teacher and will be recommending this to everyone. It is so comforting that I know exactly where to go now should this occur in the future.

I had such an amazing experience here, Olivia was so sweet! Just came to have my head checked on short notice and they were so flexible. The whole experience was very relaxing and my scalp feels so fresh and exfoliated. Luckily I didn't have any lice but the conditioning treatment and scalp combing were so enjoyable that I would come back just for that. Price wise, they are also the most reasonable and I did some shopping around. It was just $25 for my head check when it was $99 everywhere else (without treatment) I was pretty panicked because my itchiness was so painful (it ended up just being an allergic reaction to my recent COVID vaccine )and Olivia was so calm and helped to put me at ease. Would definitely recommend!

This company took my review down so I'm going to post another. Do not come here!!! It's a money grab, and they do not remove all the lice out of the hair, this is their way of having you come back so they can charge you more money per visit. This company needs to be reported to the BBB. There is no way these 5 star reviews are legit. They offer a discount if you write a good review in Yelp, go figure. Again, please do yourself a favor, and not come here. You are better off buying a kit at the store or online. The comb is key! You will save so much money if you do it on your own. If you enjoy throwing your money away, then by all means this is the place for you. I paid over $1000.00 for a job that was never complete. I had to go elsewhere to get the lice completely removed. These people are thieves, it's disgusting!!!!!

Used this place probably a year ago when I found out a daughters friend had lice. Did not waste any time and wanted to be extra cautious. Called this place and got in within the same day. Super easy and pleasant experience.

I am so happy to have found this place!!! I found lice in my daughters hair and did a treatment myself and the next day I still found buggies, so I decided to have the professionals do their thing and man I am sure glad I did! Their products are a natural base wish is refreshing as I just did a treatment to her hair and dyed my hair. Olivia who did our hair was sooooo amazing! Full of knowledge and eased my anxious concerns. I highly recommend having the staff at Once in a Lice time to treat your children's hair! They are also reasonably priced but can we all agree, you can't put a price on piece of mind.

I just returned from an appointment with Simple Head Lice Solutions and I could not have been any happier from start to finish. My teenage daughter has been infected several times this year, whether sharing ponytail holders and hair brushes in colorguard, to me not completing the at-home cleaning process enough or her being too near someone else who slept over or she took a selfie with. Either way, it's always frustrating and expensive to manage. I searched Yelp for a new place after visiting a previous business in Orange. This place is more affordable, I assure you. While I know how to treat hair with over the counter product, the back breaking process of removing nits and fighting with my child was just too much for me this go around. I emailed the business and received a reply via text message from Jacqueline the very next day. She had several questions for me and I responded to them and confirmed when I'd be available to come in. I was reached out to the day of my appointment again to ensure no one's time was wasted and we were all on the same page. The location was easy to find and parking wasn't an issue (Saturday late morning). The office was clean and I met Tammy, who treated my kid. Tammy was super kind and I appreciated her doing my daughter's hair. The fees are explained upfront, so there isn't confusion. Checklists and after treatment information is given to you, to further eliminate the problem at home or in your car. I decided to do a head check on myself also, to ensure the "whole house" was cleared. I was fine, thankfully. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need. Thank you.
