Gas was a little less expensive than what maps has it listed, which made me happy to find out once I arrived at the gas station this shell does accommodate diesel vehicles. Only with a few pumps. I noticed more than a few pumps Out Of Service. Glad I came at this time of night because I bet during rush hour the wait is extreme and worse than Costco but without the very discounted club membership gas prices . Oh I did join their phone rewards and got an additional . 05 cents off my gas per gallon. So I paid 5.24$ per gal. Yikes

On October 28th at approximately 7:50 p.m., I came to this gas station to fill gas, and when I went inside to pay, this lady working there was giving me the most extreme attitude because I accidentally stepped where she cleaned earlier. I apologized and stated to her that I did not see the sign because it was far away from the door, she basically kept going about how she has to clean the spot again and basically just a ton of attitude for absolutely no reason. I was kind to her and I apologize for something I shouldn't even apologize for because I'm not sure what I did. I really used to like this gas station and I always felt like the prices were very competitive for the name brand but all it takes is one bad employee and sadly I will just be going across the street because no reason for the excessive attitude especially after you apologize.

So I just came here to pump gas. This lady had an attitude for absolute no reason. She was even giving a homeless guy attitude and he left. Three cars just left as well. The card reader wasn't working so when my boyfriend asked for help she had told him that she was closed twice and she walked away. With attitude. She did the same thing with another guy. As if she was fed up. The service was bad. But I like coming here. Good price and people are normally nice but I guess just not tonight. She had also walked away when someone wanted to go inside. I understand that she has to close but she should be nice about it. It's the least she could do. It doesn't hurt to be polite. It's costumer service, she has to be kind not a huge bitch for no reason.

The doors were locked at 2:30 and the employee sitting in there just made eye contact and shook his head and went back to doing his own thing. I thought it was open 24/7??

I get my Van it's go juice at Shell, at 23852 El Toro Rd. Lake Forest, the prices in the area are the lowest. They are only Shell on El Toro Rd., I been living out here for the last 23 years. There was another Shell on El Toro Rd. In Laguna Hills, they been out of business for over 7 years. Now in their place is a Canes Chicken Restaurant. I have talk to the owner of the Shell in Lake Forest. He good guy also, he is very helpful. It's self service station and there are no Car Washing Operation, like the old Shell Station at Laguna Hills that place was run down, I presume there where many owners, in the beginning it was a good gas station at the Laguna Hills. When it was operated by a better management. I certainly recommend the Shell Station on El Toro Rd., Lake Forest,Ca.

Can confirm the employees here are the worst of their kind. If anything goes wrong, gas, car wash, anything they won't try to fix the problem when it's their fault. They'll take your money and pretend like nothing happened
