A few days ago, I refueled at this gas station and paid with a card. I was charged about twenty dollars more than what I had actually spent. To get my money back, I approached the cashier and requested a receipt. The cashier assured me that the remainder of my money would automatically be refunded to my bank account and refused to give me a receipt. Now, about two weeks have passed, and I still haven't received my money back. I returned to the station and the same man rudely told me to leave if I didn't have a receipt. I wanted to share this experience to warn others to be careful of possible scams at this location.

Tried using the self check out machine to only find out that the receipt printer is out of service. To which I tell the attendant that they should put out a sign saying no receipts. Then asked at another register after waiting for some time, just to find out I am out of luck. ? I could be wrong but not providing proof of purchase, is plain not good business practice.

On 3/24/23 I bought a bag of nuts. When I looked at my receipt later it incorrectly showed that I bought VODKA; it was another customer's receipt. But I still need to know how much they charged for the nuts so I could enter it to my Quickbooks. When I checked the bank, it showed they charged me $8.77 for that little bag of nuts, which can't be! So I tried to call the station and their phone doesn't work. So I called Shell Corporate and she says we are not responsible for that location because they are "independently owned." But she also tries to call the station and also finds the phone is broke. I ask her to have the station contact me and she asked for my email and b/c she's in the Phillippines, it have to spell my email address 6 (SIX!) times before she get's it right. I'm sure Shell will screw this up and I'll ultimately I'll have to go to my bank and file a dispute. Fortunately I don't have to patronize Shell anymore, BECAUSE I BOUGHT AN EV!!!

I walked in and looked at the first row of items at a distance and within 10 seconds of entering the store, the woman behind the counter told me if I didn't leave, that she would call the police. I told her to go ahead, and she did. 2 police cruisers came within 2 minutes or so, I exited the store and approached them, they asked to search me, I gave them permission , they patted me down and told me to be on my way. I got into my car and went to the station across the street, filled my tank and bought things from their store like I was intending to at the soup notsee station that just booted me. Never in my life have I been treated like that.
The experience was more or less so ridiculous, I didn't even give a hoot.

Delia on December 2023My experience at the gas station, the lady working there was very rude and aggressive towards me It's never acceptable for someone to yell or be disrespectful, concerning that she asked for my pin on a gift card and then refused to give it back to me resulting in $400 being stolen from me That have been a frightening experience. It's important to report this incident to the gas station management or the appropriate authorities so they can take appropriate action.I left because she threatened me and I was afraid but I didn't want to leave this annoying situation unmentioned

Rude cashier. She blamed me for stealing items because her internet was down. Made me look like a thief in front of a line of customers when I clearly had money in my account. Didn't even want to mention she scratched her butt and picked her nose then tried to pet my dog. Definitely taking my business to chevron across the street from now on.

The lazy fatty at the front desk is the worst worker. If the owner can't find anyone better than the incompetent staff they currently have then they truly need better business skills.

Pumped gas at this shell station. Walked into the mini mart to get water. Absolutely nothing had a price. Drinks, candy, chips, all had bar codes but no prices. I asked the cashier about it and she said that this is very common. I guess the city is so affluent no one cares about prices.

Very rude cashier. I had an issue with fuel rewards. I entered my information and the pump display responded with " you have this much rewards" however when I started pumping gas the pump did not register the discount. I went inside to see if they could help me with the discount, her response was "it's no my problem " I asked if there was anyone who could help me, but she said no here, no is my problem" . Wow, I guess customer service, or even being polite is not important here.

Delia might be the laziest person i've ever seen. She just does not want to work at all. She acts like you're Inconveniencing her by trying to spend money in this Store. I Have been a few times and always the same laziness. I'm going to start going across the street to the chevron. They have a wonderful convenience store that you don't have to Put up with this Terrible attitude

Horrible customer service! The Mexican old lady is so rude unprofessional terrible person. If there something wrong or problem she so rude unhelpful doesn't know how to fix problem. Almost start yelling why I touched empty box.I just wanted to let her know there no more stuff in the box but she start almost yell to me.SHAME SHAME SHAME!!! And seems she come somewhere from farm rancho and doesn't know how to be nice professional person especially working with customers. Seems she never worked professional jobs.She need to go school learn how to be nice person and then work professional job with customers.Even you have sometimes bad customer you have to know how to handle nicely situation not be rude .Terrible customer service!!!
