Worst car wash. Not even working properly. The water gun stop in between. Air wind machine not working. When reached out to station guy, he just reissue a new coupon but the same case in rewash. DO NOT enter this car was place.

Do not use this car wash. It shut off during my wash, didn’t finish cleaning nor did it dry my car. I had soapy water stains on my cars that took two washes to come out. I told the guy and he said I would be refunded. Was never refunded. The guy didn’t even shut off the machine after he knew it didn’t work. Didn’t even apologize! Worst car “wash” ever.

The bathrooms were so nice and clean and smelled like my bathroom at home. And the cashier Ameeka was very nice!! I was really shocked when I walked in the bathroom because gas stations usually don’t have nice clean bathrooms. Good job Ameeka!!

The worst experience I ever had with car wash. The car wash place is so small and sometimes the drying part doesn’t work at all.

I will not give my money to places that arbitrarily set there lottery times to their convenience. They will claim someone is abusing it to ban all of their customers from redeeming or buying lottery tickets or scratchers but they do it for their own convenience. You know that $30 in beer an snacks I would have bought while redeeming my winning scratcher? Yeah, now it will be going to 7-11 across the street, forever.

For me the card reader works, I've been to gas stations where the credit card for some odd reason doesn't go through because it doesn't scan it properly. It's always clean here. For some reason I like Shell gas. My car seems to like it as well.

This is an ok gas station. I have not been inside the shop yet. I only go for gas because its location is very convenient for me.Exiting the gas station can be a little rough depending on the day and time you go get gas. The station sits on the corner of Trabuco Rd and Lake Forest Dr, so on a busy day, pulling out of it can be a little challenging.I have not used their car wash either, and probably never will, I rather wash it myself (Self-service car wash.)Another thing. If you are like me and you own a car that’s on Coilovers or lowering springs or just a low sports car, this may NOT the gas station for you. The entrances and exits are steep, specially the on on Lake Forest Dr. You might be able to get away using the entrance on Trabuco Rd. But it just complicates things. I can only take my SUV here. My lowered car doesn’t make it through the entrance lol.But normal high car are mostly fine. Even some normal factory compacts and sedans have to exit with an angle. The ones that don’t care, you just hear them scraping as they come out.

I was physically assaulted by an employee here. The car wash was not working properly so I asked for help and the employee grabbed my arm aggressively and yanked my arm while screaming at me, I felt bruising for days. I didn’t not do anything to provoke the employee. Having a bad day perhaps? I’m traumatized and still didn’t get any help. I have receipts to prove it and I still didn’t get a car wash. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Pain is no good ?

I needed some gas so I decided to go here quickly. Their pumps only use swiping and not RFID, so I cleaned my card after I was done with it. The price was more or less the same as general gas stations in the area so I didn't get much and looked for another gas station. Getting out of the gas station to go in the direction I wanted required going around the back of the building. I had to interact with no humans in this manner.

Be careful of broken pumps that say “please wait”. Hitting cancel doesn’t mean it cancels the sale. Someone else can put their rank of gas on your card and they won’t do anything about it.

If you like your clean car being sprayed with soap, AFTER it has been washed, AND you enjoy your vehicle having water spots due to the dryer NOT working...then this is the place for you!!! I went in to complain and the older gentleman inside did not believe me about what his carwash did and would not even go look at it. He instructed Delia to issue me a refund. She refused saying the receipt I was given at the machine was NOT mine. He again told her to issue me a refund. This time she did but she did so while talking about me in Spanish, thinking I didn't understand. She was sadly mistaken when I responded to her in Spanish asking her why she was making fun of me, calling me names AND accusing me of trying to cheat them... Suffice it to say: I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
