But what truly separates this property from other storage facilities is the people. Mike at this property is wonderful- always helpful, patient answering all my questions, and knows the property inside out. Dee Dee is always happy to assist also. You can tell the team cares about this property. It shows. Highly recommend.”
“10/10!! Absolutely recommend anyone use these guys. I moved from Los Angeles to Phoenix AZ. I spoke with Kaycie and she did a great job helping me through the entire process. I called them with about two weeks before my anticipated move out date and they had the exact requested pickup day available. They called me and confirmed the day before and showed up right on time with three awesome guys: Eric, Scott, and Gary. We lived on the fourth floor and they couldn’t park near the apartment, nonetheless they powered through and did an amazing job. They were so polite and professional. Eric drove to our new place in two days in AZ. They arrived early in the morning and unloaded everything in two hours! They didn’t break a single thing and they were as professional as they come. I would HIGHLY recommend these Safeway to anyone moving around the west coast.”

“I've had a unit here for about 2 years now. So many good things about it keep me storing at AMS. The management and staff are great to work with, always providing outstanding customer service. Jesse, the property manager, runs a tight ship, and is always professional, friendly and helpful. The maintenance is kept up regularly... Always super clean, inside and out. Great people around this place. Prices are very reasonable. Love the location. The security system provides assurance that my belongings are safe at all times. It's been a pleasure doing business with all at American Mini Storage. Highly recommend storing at this facility. Thank you for all you do !”

“Friendly staff they always go the extra mile to help you out. Units are very large and they don't raise the rent every other month like alot of the other places. In fact their rates are very reasonable. My only complaint is that the gate hours could be longer. Other than that I have had my unit for several years now and I am very happy with the U - Store on Front St in Lake Forrest.”

“Working with this facility was a great experience. The guy who checked us in, joshua, was very friendly efficient, and got us in and out very quickly. We were returning a trailer that we hauled, and he got his unhooked and the paperwork done in no time. It was a pretty busy facility, but it look like all the workers were plugged in and helped everyone pretty quickly.”
