So disappointed. The old
Owners and staff from red persimmon were so much better. The overall quality, experience and friendly attitude of the staff. They are over priced for what service I received. No attention to detail, more concerned about getting you in and out. Will not be returning. Miss the old staff!!

Literally the worst nail salon ever. Keeps you waiting for forever, under staffed, you will not get what you want. Stresses you out instead of relaxes you. Unless you have 5 hours to chill here.

Had a manicure & pedicure for the first time here the girls were very pleasant and the place is very clean. Wonderful job that they did on both manicure and pedicure and I will be back again.

I have been to this place at least 4 times now, with the first time being, one of the best experiences I have ever had with, I believe her name was Hannah? (At least that's what the venmo said). And every time since has just gotten progressively worse, with today being the absolute worst. The last time I went, they left a thin layer of dip on my nails and it proceeded to crack almost immediately underneath the gel nail polish and left my nails looking horrible in a matter of days. Today I was with Nikki And she did a series of things that made this experience so horrible that I don't want to return.
1. She was trying to tell me what colors I should get instead of what I wanted and made me second guess myself so I changed my mind and went with purple with flowers...she also criticized the color of the flowers I wanted.
2. Instead of soaking my nails to get the dip off she drilled as much of it off as she could but since there was still a layer left from my last service, she used the tip of an acrylic nail to pry some of it off and ripped off the tip of one of my nayural nails that I've been trying to grow out so I had to go shorter...that one really almost made me cry....
3. She was facetiming a man that I assume is her her BF and a few times she turned her cart, which was holding her phone, towards me which felt unnecessary and made me super uncomfortable because if I could see him her could most likely see me. She had her phone brightness all the way down so she thought I couldn't see the man staring at me....and she didn't have headphones from what I could tell so what was the point of having him on FaceTime? Either way I felt incredibly uncomfortable and do not plan on going back.

Pedicure was ok - kept asking me to upgrade which is extremely annoying. I came in with shoes thinking they would give me the foam slippers to leave in like every other salon has - It was raining outside and the staff member wouldn't give me foam slippers but wanted me to pay money for a different set of sandals. So I walked out 7 months pregnant barefoot in the rain. Hard pass - will not be back.

Terrible experience. I purchased the top pedicure and the washcloths were cold, the doors were opened and every tech was were a winter jacket at 54 degrees. Needless to say I was freezing! The stone, for my stone massage....room temperature!!! She never asked about the shape of nails.... So she barely filed them. This is my biggest problem! She cut and painted basically!!! The nail polishes are in disarray..... no same colors near each other (like a garage sale). Then my nail polish must be old, because it's not shiny.... must be old and they just add acetone to make it stretch. Looks like a Matt finish.

My gut told me to go back to the ladies I tried and loved in Irvine but decided to give this a go since I was in the area. Sad to say I am extremely disappointed. I paid $10 extra for their "specialty" colors and again left disappointed the lady who did my manicure rushed thru and ddnt have much attention to detail. Two stars only because my pedicure was tad bit better and lady who did my pedicure was very thorough minus the massage. I wanted to love the 10 extra special color I just don't think she knew how to do it. :( sadly don't recommend

So, I have been a client of Kim at Bubbles Beauty bar for about 6 or 7 months. Today, I had a mani/pedi appointment. I usually get dip manicure, and today I showed Kim a picture of a Micro French manicure with colored tips and asked if she could do it. She said yes and asked what color I wanted for the base, I responded neutral or sheer white.she proceeded to work on my nails and used a base color with an orange tone and I told her I didn't like it, I selected a lighter shade and the color still seemed pretty orange/salmon color, but I told her to go ahead. I realized that as she finished the color and started to buff my nails that it was still much oranger than I cared for. I told her I didn't like it and wanted it removed and redone, but that I would pay the extra costs to do so. she became angry and told me to leave, because I told her to go ahead and if I didn't like it I should have said so. In my defense, it is sometimes hard to know the exact outcome of dip colors, until the manicure is complete. Needless to say after her outburst, I left salon with nails that were half done. They still get 2 stars, because the manager was super apologetic and tried to make it right, but I would not feel comfortable going back there, knowing I would come into contact with Kim again. I did pay for and tip my pedicure technician. Needless to say, I went to GT nails and they removed the polish and gave me exactly what I asked for! I don't know if Kim was having a bad day, or if she didn't have access to the neutral base coat, but her outburst totally caught me off guard and when I said I would pay for the extra work(removal and reapply) she said someone else could do it and stormed off! I am not saying Bubbles Beauty Bar is bad, I have been going there for several years, with good results, but after today, I will not be going back!

Mina is the best, if you're making an appointment ask for Mina. I feel so soft and pretty. She will take care of you and you don't have to worry about being clipped too close. She's amazing and a great professional, I would trust her as my nanny she's stellar.

An did an amazing job on my nails. I have tried this place out three times now and An has by far done the best job on my nails and cuticle treatment.
