We received a lot of assurances and claims about the level of service we would receive from Brandon the "salesman" including 3-day job completion, highest quality of product, and a guarantee of a job well done. After all, "you know we have to be the best to be a Costco partner." At a cost of $22K to reface our kitchen cabinets we assumed we would get what we were told to expect and paid for. We did not! Measurements from the "engineer" were wrong and the job could not be completed on time as new cabinets had to be ordered. Wrong sizes of cabinets, non-matching door details, and communications going completely unanswered or responded to by the "salesperson" was what we got. Not only did doors need to be replaced (5 of them) but the crown molding was also incorrect (too small) and had to be reordered. While waiting for these, two of the soft close hinges have already popped off and need to be replaced. We also noticed that the bottom piece of laminate on the pantry was not cut correctly so there is a large seam and it’s starting to peel back already. The fact that this is happening before the installation is complete adds to our disappointment.
Lastly, with a near 800 credit score the APR rate for the financing company provided by Brandon the "salesman" is nearly 25%. My email to him about the rate went unanswered. A guaranteed 3-day job now remains incomplete after nearly 4-weeks. I highly recommend you research other options when considering this company for any project.

It. Was a pleasure having Bradley Johnson & Jose Perez in my home for the past few days. These gentlemen did a marvelous job. They were clean and efficient, and we were very pleased with all the work they did.

I put off having my kitchen done knowing there may be extreme stress dealing with contractors and such....but I must share how amazing it was to work with Reborn Cabinets! Every person I dealt with was courteous and professional. They patiently explained the process and helped create an absolutely beautiful "new" kitchen for my small condo. I should have done this sooner. The installation team, ********************************* were complete professionals and always were thoughtful with the *** restrictions (time and work area cleanliness); they worked hard each day and thoroughly cleaned up and stored their equipment to minimize being in the way over night. If I could I would give them 10 stars for outstanding work and commitment to providing quality products. Even though I just resurfaced the cabinets -- it truly is like a brand new kitchen! Thank you, Reborn, for hiring and retaining such great employees.

The installers JT and ******* did a great job. From the Salesperson ***************** who did the measurements, and others with the company, all my contacts with the company representative's left me with a feeling that I was going to be well taken care of. ***** and **** did the install. They were very professional and polite. ***** was our salesman did thoroughly explained the options and process. For them, they get 5's. The process of getting the inspection complete has been a little frustrating. There was a miscommunication and misalignment in expectations which has been inconvenient. ************ have followed through well. My only complaint about the installation was that the only barrier plastic put up was between the bathroom and bedroom which wasn't up long and so after 3 days of work we had a layer of "dust" all the main living area of the house and all the flooring, bedding, etc. I was glad I taped the openings of our bathroom cabinets and around the closet doors to minimize the mess. We spent hours on the clean up and mopping.

We hired Reborn as a Costco vendor, based on Costco's reputation, to remodel our two bathrooms for our house in Irvine.After signing the contract with Reborn in July '23, paid $23K down. Reborn kept delaying the installation for the next four months, so we asked to cancel this contract in November '23. As of January '24, Reborn still owes us $22,578, with complete disregard to my inquiry to resolve this.Shame on Reborn and Costco!

We signed up for a bathroom remodel with Reborn through Costco because we trusted Costco. Our sales rep named Tim Guzman came and said they could do all of these things like having half wall half glass on the outside, adding an outlet in our bathroom since they have an electrician come in for the jacuzzi. Install TV on the wall for us when they put a new wall up. Those installers are very nice that we could just ask them when they get here, so we did not have these things written on the contract. The installation schedule was delayed for a month, but we weren't in a rush, so it's not a big deal. When it's time for the installation, the installer told us that they couldn't do any work that was not listed on the contract, that included the half glass we talked to Tim before he drafted the contract. Also, the installer told us that if we were to drill hole(s) into the wall, the warranty on that wall would be voided. We tried calling and texting Tim several times, but he gosted us entirely. The installation took 5 days instead of 2 days, like Tim mentioned. They refused to install the glass. They actually cut a piece that cover the wire on the side of the jacuzzi tub and tried to patch it, and it looked really bad. We did not sign the completion form and ask that they replace that piece, and we would like to get to the bottom of the half glass wall. It took them about 2 months to install that piece for us. They keep calling us almost every day to sign the completion form. They finally agreed to install that half glass. We did not sign the form until all the work was done. That was in September 2023. Today is December 13th, 2023. Our jacuzzi didn't work for a few days now. I hit the on/off button, and I can hear the machine is running but no jet. I texted David (Project Manager) twice so far with no response. He gosted us too. With all the issues we have encountered, we do not recommend this company. They only respond when they need something from you. As soon as they get what they want, you will not hear from them again. This is the main concern, which is why we did not want to sign the completion form until everything was done. Clearly, we were right.

The installer, *****, was extremely helpful. Hands down, his customer service surpassed the sales individual. He understood a concern I had when the sales person showed no interest in assisting. Reborn should ensure they do everything they can to keep ***** as an installer.Thank you, *****!! Our showers are beautiful!
