The lady with reddish hair in the bakery department should be a little more kind! Total attitude when I asked a simple question and then shook her head as if my question was a stupid question to ask. Go work somewhere else if you hate your job so much. The way you treat customers is unacceptable!

As much as I love food, I despise grocery shopping. Maybe it's the lack of excitement to replace staples or in this case the whole environment of this Ralph's feels depressing. Parking is easy at this location, at all hours, so a plus one there! The store just feels dirty. The aisles are always crowded with massive cardboard displays so you have to maneuver around the maze, which is hard to do with sticky bulky carts. The meat section selection is just okay and it's a crap shoot if you'll get someone to help at the meat counter. The meat staff is friendly and nice though. The produce is hit or miss, a lot of it doesn't scream fresh, but rather tired. Staff are much more interested in goofing off or socializing and make you feel bad for asking a question, For me, training is surely overdue here, particularly in bagging . The young teen girl who bagged my groceries was nice enough but didn't understand how to bag half liters of milk or other groceries, she literally threw them in without thought on how best to bag them. It was sad. I hope management reads this review and considers these points as there is great room for improvement.

I noticed several outdated products in the refrigerated section today plus, the racks under those foods were very moldy and dirty. I've been to this location several times and most of your staff is rude, they are bothered by having to answer questions and they look like they don't enjoy their job. There were several people in line today so, I was excited to see that a cashier opened a new line. I followed a guy over there and as soon as I placed myself in that new line, your cashier slammed down the "next register sign". What was the point of that, to help one customer then close the lane, that was a complete waste of time and it was annoying. So, I ended up going to a self checkout line where I spent several minutes trying to navigate through a system that continues to kick back my food or refuses to scan my products. Then miss lane closer comes over to work in the self checkout area. I was having issues scanning a product, I pushed the need assistance button, she eventually slinked over with an attitude and couldn't wait to tell me how I was doing it wrong. I think she would be better suited doing overnight stock and staying away from interacting with customers. Clean your store, check dates on your products and hire a friendly staff.

I come here several times a week. Most of the time I do drive up, but I still come in the store a few times a month. What finally prompted me to leave a review was yet another stellar drive up experience. The produce is always fresh, the communication is clear, and the substitutions are on point. They are always pleasant and helpful. One sweet woman at the deli counter often gives a bright hello and spoils my kids. One young woman doing drive up is always giving top service- even texting when updates are necessary. The young man I had today was also so sweet.

Ok, so I shop here because it's very convenient on my way home. This year I decided to cater from them for Christmas (Holiday Meals) meal - I got the prime ribs meal and bought ham on the side. The meats were delicious however I was disappointed with the prepackaged sides - the green beans were watery, the mashed potatoes ok, the sweet potato casserole was eh. Overall I would do it again but maybe not get the sides. It was definitely very convenient and easy. Thank you to Byron who was super helpful there too.

3PM here at Ralph’s. As always, 5 customers waiting in front of the deli counter and only one guy cutting meats. Pay your employees a higher salary so you can get this counter staffed properly. This is an ongoing problem here for years. I have mentioned this to various managers before but they seem incapable of managing this problem. Deli counter and meat and fish counter salaries should be the highest paid because those are the hardest jobs! Shame on you Ralph’s on not understanding what it takes to get those counters properly staffed!

Disorganized , repeatedly ring up with incorrect price , unfriendly staff and BIGGEST hiccup is the non efficient self checkout. How can nearby businesses including big wigs like Costco And Walmart have their self checkout working seamlessly . And this place repeatedly has errors and 'call for help' issues? Come on! Only positive this location often carries hard to find limited edition items and run good buy one get one deals. I'll keep running in for the random 1 items.. weekly shopping? Never ever again !

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and sadly whoever baked it didn't cover their hair. A whole $55 cake ended up in the trash. This is not the first time this happened so I guess lesson learned.

Here is an updated review of the Ralph's I visit almost every week. This is a smaller store comparing to the one by Trabuco HS, or others in the neighborhood, which means you may not find some products here that are available elsewhere, still I usually find everything I want to get. I have seen a lot of staff came and go, which I assume is normal for the grocery store. Thom and Rogelio have taken care of produces and fruits for years. Sean is the assistant manager since Paul's retirement. I try to greet all the cashiers by name when I can. I always use the Ralph's app to find items on sale before I shop. Those digital coupons made savings easy. I love to see how the floral and produce sections are decorated every week. I also visit the sale racks in the back for marked down items that I can use. I like earning and using those fuel rewards points without extra effort.

I was over in the deli area totally ignored by two people working there then some guy just rolls up and they help him. Shit customer service here. I usually go to Sprouts. This is why. Lazy workers.
