We called Quality Furniture. They were very responsive. Came out to give us a quote then came back, on time! He repaired my dresser like new. I highly recommend them. Even better his price was very reasonable.

I initially chose Quality Furniture Services based on their Yelp reviews (any company engaged in providing this type of service which has a perfect rating must be good, right?) but I immediately realized just why they have this rating. They responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes and I had a quote for the job within a few hours after sending a few pictures. The price, quality of service and responsiveness were all fantastic; and my coffee table looks like new. During the repair process the owner kept me apprised of the job status and even asked me a few questions to make sure that it was done according to my liking. Hands down I would never go anywhere else for furniture refinishing; these guys are the best.

Quality Furniture Services did an outstanding job refinishing a coffee table and repairing a broken post on the footboard of a bed that's been in our family for about 75 years. Peter was very responsive when we initially contacted him, quickly providing a competitive quote and then meeting the timeframe to complete the work. His team was meticulous in their workmanship, and the results were beyond our expectations! Based on our complete satisfaction with Quality Furniture Services, we'll be using them to reupholster our dining room chairs and also replace an old bay window seat cushion. Quality Furniture did an outstanding job for us. They were accommodating and sensitive to our situation. We have two leather couches and the pillows were in dire need of repair. We were given a choice of cushions, and our job was completed very rapidly. The quality is outstanding and the value is great. I highly recommend this company. Pete and Jack provide service with a smile.

Peter was great to work with- very communicative and so personable! He provided a quote over the phone and even scheduled an at-home repair the same week. Just loved how efficient everything was! He repaired our couch in such a timely manner and even spent time giving a thorough explanation of what he had done (including pictures so I could show my husband later on). I would definitely utilize their services again and am very glad we found them!

They did a great job on our table. Jack picked it up for repair and refinish after our pet chewed on it. It looks really good. We highly recommend them.

We highly recommend Quality Furniture Services. We have a leather couch and loveseat that we bought about 15 years ago from Costco. They still look fine but the seats had collapsed. We weren't sure anything could be done but found this business highly recommended on Yelp so we contacted them. We worked closely with Peter one of the owners. He immediately assured us that it was something that could be repaired. He described in detail what would need to be done giving us great confidence to proceed. We had several subsequent planning sessions to discuss details, especially the firmness desired. The end product far exceeded expectations. Pick up and delivery was super smooth. We have a couch and loveseat we love at a price of about a 1/3 what we would have paid for a new set. Thanks much Peter and team.

Dropped a can on the edge of our Oak kitchen cabinet and chipped off a chunk of wood. Jack came and was super professional, skillful and repaired it and did an awesome job! His partner Peter was very helpful, very responsive and awesome setting it up also. Awesome company, highly recommend!

We can't tell you the quality of a completed service. Due to the fact that the 1st time they showed up (late) the repair man ripped the brand new piece of fabric and had to schedule a follow up. Three subsequent visits have been canceled by them which adds up to 4 lost days of pay and a incomplete repair. Maybe I will change my rating when the job is complete but as of now if you don't have to use this business don't.

I wish we found them years ago! I had some cough cushions that were ripped and some zippers that weren't working on the cushions. They are so professional and so skilled. They met each deadline they gave me and it was exactly the amount they quoted me. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I have a dining room table and chair set that is dish furniture made of solid rosewood that my family purchased in the mid 70s and has been in my family ever since. The 10 chairs still had the original wool upholstery on them, which had survived myself and my sister, my sister's son, and my three son as we all grew up eating in it daily but this year they finally gave up the ghost. Given this history getting the job done right and with without damaging, the chairs was my top priority. When I brought in the first chair, I didn't even need to explain the quality, Peter looked at it and said wow they don't make them like this anymore. Where did you find this? Once I explained the backstory, he assured me he appreciated the build quality and would make sure that he did not damage them. We searched on yelp for a number of different upholstery places and quality furniture service was at the top of the list for us to consider given the wonderful reviews. We stopped by to talk to Peter and get an estimate. We were planning to go home and talk to other stores, but we felt so comfortable with Peter we decided to just go ahead and give him our business. The communication between us and Peter was timely and efficient and always polite. The quality of work they did was amazing. As I said these chairs have been in my family for over 40 years and I want to pass them down to my children the quality of the craftsmanship is that good. Now that they have been reupholstered I don't know if this new upholstery will last another 40+ years, but if it doesn't, it won't be because of Peter and his teams skill it will be because they just don't make the same quality of upholstery that they used to. All in all, I would hardly recommend the entire Quality Furniture Services team to anyone who has some furniture they want reupholstered, and they want it done, right.

Bought a electric reclining sofa from a consignment store at a great discount as some of the functions were not working. Several people, including movers couldn't fix it and the store had no clue. Jack came out the next day & figured the problem out immediately. Glad I used them & will certainly recommend the highest A+++
