Best kids party we've ever had. Our 7 year old birthday girl said she wished it never ended and her 4 year old brother had a blast too. The staff was fantastic! They were great with the kids and super helpful with setup and cleanup of the party. They were kind, efficient, and polite.

We were attending a friends sons bday party here and all kids had so much fun. Staff was very helpful and nice. I wish second room was bigger but overall we all had a great experience there so highly recommend it.

Pump It Up exceeded my expectations! From the minute I walked up to check in, birthday cake in hand, they greeted me at the door and helped us unload our party supplies. The host we were assigned was incredible and made my son feel so special in his 4th birthday. To say that they handled everything is an understatement. My son and his friends had a blast, and mom and dad were happy to enjoy the party too. Highly recommend.

I just had the most fantastic experience celebrating my daughter's 7th birthday at Pump it Up Lake Forest! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful and sweet, making sure every detail was just right. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, which added to the overall enjoyment of the party. I can't wait to continue hosting birthday parties here year after year, until my daughter inevitably outgrows them (but hopefully not too soon)! Highly recommend Pump it Up Lake Forest for any celebration!

I appreciate that they attempt to supervise a little. But it's still 90% up to parents and there's always at least one injury or incident. Can't be helped though if you want your children to have fun bouncing around and playing in this type of facility. Good variety here and kids do have fun.

I had not been here in yrs and I can say the place is better than I remember. My son’s party was a breeze. The staff was so helpful with the planning and during the event. All my guests were extremely happy. Everyone had a great time!
