Went in the office to discuss my bill. I made a mistake paying my bill through the app. Tina & Howard (sorry if I got your name wrong!) & the nice customer service lady I spoke to on the phone with were wonderful!! They were able to take off a couple of fees I got as a result. Thank you guys so much!! I HIGHLY recommend this Public Storage!!

I thought everything went well until I moved my stuff home and realized my tools had been stolen. Therefore it looks clean and secure but it is not they only steal things once in awhile and what they want. I only had the unit for 2 weeks and it cost around $300. Mins you this was an indoor unit as well.

Public Storage abuses good customers by jacking up their rates over two times the going rate- just because they can. - I used to like Public Storage. We've been storing some items here for a reasonable price for a few years since a family member died. We have about two more years and we should be all done with storage. We've been good customers and not caused any issues. Suddenly within the last couple of years they started to increase the rent as a rate higher than usual. It was starting to become too much. Then in March/April they increased my then $200ish a month rent to over $300. It was finally too much for us so I started looking around for other options. We have two toddlers and it's not easy for us to move everything, but it looked like we were going to have to. In searching for new locations- I found that Public Storage- my same location - was renting the same size storage unit for $200 for anyone who just walks in. No special deal. I called and asked why they raised my rent if the going rate was still $200. They told me that's just what they do and my options where to schlep my kids down there and move everything to a new unit to save $100 or to apply for a discount. So I applied for a discount and was given $91 dollars off. Still paying more than the going rate but at least we didn't have to move everything. I had a 6 month guarantee for the discount and I had a family member that was going to take some of the stuff within 6 months and I figured we could downsize after that. Well they kept messing up and charging me the higher rate and they won't refund you- you have to wait for them to credit it to the next month- but the credit doesn't actually show until your next charge so you have to "trust" them... So I was advised by their own call center staff to turn off autopay in case this happens again. Then two months later I pop on to pay my storage for July and I see suddenly my charge is well over $300 again. I thought they had just mis charged me again, but it turns out they actually raised my rent again a little more than the discount that they gave me! My unit now costs over $400!!! But the going price for my size unit has actually come down- it's now $155!! Also fun fact, you can no longer reach the call center help on the phone. You can chat or wait for a call back from someone on property. I tried for days to contact someone and ended with a late fee trying to get this fixed. As it turns out it's not a mistake and they're not going to help. They just want me to go through all the trouble of moving my stuff to another unit to receive that cheaper rate- and hey no guarantees they don't raise it the next month.... This is abusive. I'm a good customer, pay my rent, and they're just doubling my rate because they know they have me in a bad place because it's hard for us to get the time and funds to secure childcare on our few days off together each month - plus find friends or pay people to help us move to another unit. We are going to move from our unit, but to someplace else. Even staff on site couldn't understand why our rate had been doubled in just 4 months. They tried to help us but corporate wouldn't reconsider, so points for Howard who works there- he seems like a good guy he can't help it if corporate is evil. Hopefully the next place we go won't be as bad. Otherwise the place is nicely maintained and feels safe. It's too bad I no longer trust them.

Seamless and simple, easy to sign up and gain access to the storage unit. Was able to get one the same day and start moving things in within a couple hours of signing up online. The process was so easy!

Very pleased with the service and property appeal at this location. Highly recommended. Mike the property manager is the absolute best. He came through for me on my rent request in a big way. If Public Storage were smart they would clone Mike and assign him to all the properties.
