I give one of the pole instructors Beth (and Rhiannan the owner) 5 stars. All other instructors about 3 stars, but I haven't tried classes from everyone. Beth is in my top 3 favorite pole instructor of all the pole studios and classes that I've ever been to. She is clear when explaining how to do the movement, but she is also very encouraging, /supportive and is not condescending. Unfortunately I felt that way with some of the other instructors. Teaching of any sort is definitely a separate skill from just being good at pole dancing, but Beth has it all. I also appreciate that. I've seen women of all shapes and sizes, and everyone is pretty considerate and friendly here. I just moved 40 minutes away from Lake Forest so I'll be sad that I won't be coming here regularly anymore.Stay tuned for workshops here from time to time. It's a good way to learn bonus things in a short period of time. High ceilings which are good for climbing, not all pole Studios have high ceilings. The only thing is that I wish they cleaned their floors more. My feet were filthy so I refused to go barefoot. I don't have heels, but there are times when you'll go on the floor, and there's also a floor work class.

So… I’m not trying to spread hate or be salty, but I am going to be honest. I went here for a class on my birthday with my friend. We were 5 min late and that’s on us, however we waiting outside the room not knowing if we should just walk in. After 10 min we finally did and we just jumped in with no direction. We then started the class and my friend and I had to share a pole the entire time and only get half the amount of time compared to everyone else. This isn’t the worst part. They must have thought we were rude or judging based off of just our appearance or something, but we started freestyle and that part was fun. Then the other group went and me and my friend were in shock on how good some of these women were. We were told we can hype up the women so we did just that. THEN we get scolded in front of everyone for talking and they said “You’d be surprised how much we can hear you from over here”. Like that was the entire point, we were trying to cheer them on. They acted as if were being rude when we were literally hyping them up. The instructor was so rude and other people taking the class jumped in to scold us as well. My friend and I were so uncomfortable and confused it was literally the worst. Especially being the youngest ones there just trying to learn a new skills. I would not recommend if you are wanting a good environment. Not a good way to run a business, scolding people based off of a RANDOM assumption that we were being rude. We were totally mistreated and judged when in reality we would never be ignorant or make rude comments about something we have never done or weren’t good at. Overall prob top 10 worst moments of my life and me and my friend laugh in agony about this awful experience. I had 2 more classes with my coupon, but no desire to go back. Ever.

I’ve called this business over 10 times in the last week. Last week I started calling and leaving a voicemail because I got their Groupon and wanted to schedule my first class. The online portal didn’t let me book with the Groupon. I never got a call back so I kept calling and calling. I left a couple more voicemails and decided I’ll just go in person to their studio. Yesterday I went around 5:20 pm and I went to their front and back entrance and knocked many times cuz their doors are locked. I called the number listed on the store windows and supposedly they were open. It was the same number listed online and still no answer. Left another voicemail and I’m going to try and get my Groupon back. I can’t believe how they never called me back with all the voicemails. It feels so scammy.

This studio is fantastic! Since I just relocated to the area, I've been attending at least twice per week for a month now, and I am thrilled to be able to continue to enjoy pole fitness despite the pandemic, without worries. This review is long because I have so many great things to say... First, I am very impressed with the level of cleanliness, and I don't worry for a second about Covid. By design, poles are 10 feet apart, and the studio is super well ventilated, and there is only one person per pole per class. The instructors clean in between classes, and the spray bottles are always available for spraying down your own pole with a fresh cloth as needed. The studio is spacious and inviting. Second, the community is so welcoming! From my very first class, all of the people attending the classes have been so kind... learning my name, sharing stories and ideas, and sharing their love for pole. I appreciate the various backgrounds and interests each brings to the experience - the inclusivity of polers is so great! Having been a part of 4 different pole studios in the last 2 years because of our extensive family travel, I brought some experience with me to Premier Pole, so I haven't taken the "Level 1" classes. I suppose I will if I bring friends with me to introduce them to pole. Here's more about the classes you can take once you have experience moving around a pole: The "Old School Flow - Level 1" classes taught by Naomi are so great because she brings you through a series of choreography, matched to great, current tunes, and her ability to guide you through how to do the maneuvers is awesome. The class starts with a lead warm up that serves to get you ready to move as well as transition from the outside world to the freedom and fluidity of pole. The choreography is a challenge whether you have a lot of experience or if you are new. The "Level 2" classes start off with an on your own warm up, then some skill drills (ex: climbing, fan kicks, body waving, etc.) to ensure that your body is growing stronger. The choreography takes things to the next level, and the instructor Felicia is outstanding. Both Felicia and Naomi are phenomenal role models when it comes to pole. Each time they show how things are done, I am amazed at how beautiful and fluid their movements are, how much experience and wisdom they bring to the class, and how much I admire them. From showcasing the essence of the movements to providing one-on-one guidance to make sure each person in class can move forward, they are fantastic instructors. I feel safe and comfortable with the shape and movement of my body and my skill ability in their classes because they tailor their guidance to where I'm at, and that's so amazing and generous. They don't just teach it and hope you get it - they take the time to make sure you are getting it and ready to move on, and that is special. The opportunity to "free dance" in the last minutes of both types of classes is both freeing and terrifying, but in a good way. I like the chance to practice what we've just learned, see if I can remember things I've learned from other classes, and, most of all, challenge myself to let go of prescriptive routines and just feel the music and move. It's initimidating at first, since it wasn't a thing at the other studios I've attended, so I'm working on building my comfort with it! Lastly, I appreciate the opportunity to sign up for "Open Pole" classes where you can go do your own thing. This gives me the chance to practice what I've learned in the classes and challenge myself to free dance more. I've built my weekly schedule and my monthly budget around attending classes at Premier Pole, and I look forward to each class so much, every time! I am grateful to be a part of this community and can't even imagine how amazing it must be when things are not in the middle of a pandemic!!

I went to the Friday night Soul flow class with Rhiannan with a couple of friends and had a wonderful time. It went beyond my expectations. It was very deep a gentle and feminine.. I def go back when I'm in the neighborhood. She's a extraordinary teacher. And the studio is beautiful.

I honestly hate leaving poor reviews, but this place took zero precautions against covid. The instructor was nice and the choreography was good, but I will definitely not return. The studio does not enforce wearing masks, only about 50% of people in the studio wore masks. The studio is obviously dirty and there is no cleaning in between classes. I did not feel comfortable dancing in the studio and will not risk my health by returning.

I have absolutely LOVED the year that I have been coming to this studio. It has been a wonderful experience. I feel more powerful in my body then I have for years. And I've certainly never been this flexible before - considering I came from a running background. I've tried all sorts of athletic things (yoga, surfing, gym, ect), and I'm happy to say I've fallen in love with pole and I'm excited to continue this journey. They do a wonderful job making the studio a safe, happy, inspirational, and welcoming place. Small business is a lot of effort and their passion clearly shows through the love of the owners, instructors and students.

Classes are good if they decide not to cancel or combine them at the last minute. Don’t expect to get much out of the competition training since no one comes to open the studio at 6:00.

If I could give this studio 0 stars, I would. First of all, the co-owner is an incredibly rude, condescending woman, who makes this studio a very uncomfortable space. I have stopped coming here solely because of her unprofessional and hostile behavior and have moved to a different studio, turns out I wasn't the only person to have walked away with negative experiences involving the staff at Premiere Pole. Pole dancing should be about creating a safe, encouraging space for women, but here all the do is stroke their own egos and only care about money. Second, as someone with years of pole experience who has been to all of the major studios in the Southern California area, the teaching style here is by far the worst. Don't expect to learn anything new, the kinds classes offered aren't very diverse, the workshops are disappointing, and the instructors are late half the time. Premiere Pole likes to advertise that they are the cheapest studio in the OC area, well, remember that there's a reason for that. You can choose to pay just a bit more and attend a proper pole studio with friendlier staff who have far more experience.

I love this studio!! I've been training here for about 2 years now, and I've made so much progress as a dancer. The instructors are all very attentive. They take into consideration everyone's unique style and cater their instruction to the student. The studio itself is also one of the nicest I have been to. It has two rooms (both with poles and one with lyra), 2 bathrooms, a dressing room, a lobby with a couch, and a shopping area with pole clothes for sale. And I will never forget the friendships I've made here. There's something about being vulnerable and dancing and training hard together that makes your bonds so much stronger. Everyone is always so welcoming and supportive! I look forward to class every time just to see my pole sisters.

This place is amazing. I went in hoping to get a few classes to learn and then before I knew it I was signing up for their membership haha. Rhiannon is the coolest and sexiest woman! She taught me to feel comfortable in my skin and just be happy to be there. If you are new and fresh don't be scared!! This is THE BEST spot to learn, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all here and the instructors are all great! Highly recommend ladies!
