I recently visited Polish Nail Spa and had mixed experiences. Most of the girls are really good, and Nancy, in particular, is excellent—a true artist with a great attitude. However, I found that most of the guys do a poor job and have a terrible attitude when you point out issues. The absolute worst attitude was from a guy named Tony. He wouldn’t respond to feedback, continued doing a subpar job as if I hadn’t said anything, and even got up and ignored me. It’s unfortunate because there are talented people there, but the negative experiences with some of the staff overshadowed the positives.

Wow I’m surprised. I just walked in and got an appointment and then they got really busy. They are awesome. I recommend them totally my nails are gorgeous.

Michael did a phonomenal job on the ombre nails that I requested! Such a lovely guy and he was very gentle as well. I've also come here several times for pedicures and they have always come out great. Their massage chairs are powerful and I want to take a nice nap every time I sit in them.

I called the same day for a manicure and they were so quick to fit me in within 20 minutes. My nails turned out so good I was very impressed it was my second time going and I will definitely be going again. The environment was great soft music and not to many people inside.

I had been to plenty nail salons but so far Polish Nail is always my favorite and priority.
Its been a year since I started coming here, I usually texted them to make appointment and sent them picture of the design I wanted so they could set up the time for me, of course I never disappointed every time I came. Make sure you make appointment if you don’t want to wait so long if you walk in. I always came for acrylic full set or fill and pedicure and designs for sure. All the staffs were nice and friendly but I highly recommend Steven, he was always so patient and he could do any design I asked for. I like how my nails came out very natural and not uncomfortable when wearing them. I am so happy I found my favorite nail tech. 10 stars for sure if I could ❤️

I've had a few appointments at Polish Nail spa, and unfortunately, my last few experiences were disappointing. December 2023 - I requested nail art, and the result didn't come close to the example I provided (picture added). Hoping for a better experience, I provided feedback after this appointment to the link they sent, but received no response or refund. May 2024 - To add to the frustration, my cuticles were left bleeding and burning today (this was after my appointment yesterday) again with a terrible gel manicure. She did the cuticle clean and pushed my cuticles so far back it hurt and started bleeding. I won't be returning to this place ever and don't recommend this place at all.

It says walk ins welcome on the door and on here. I walked in to have a pedicure and the man said come back later sorry. Don't promote that you take walk ins if you don't. Won't be coming back here

Very good service. Did a great job on my gel X nails and gel pedi. My daughter loves her gel builder fill. We've had such bad experiences trying to find a new salon. Now we have a place that does an amazing job!

They did a beautiful job on my daughter’s nails. The length was perfect, the shape was perfect and the gel x French manicure nails were perfect! We will be coming back.
