Helpful and efficient. Drivers were exceptional; Eliseo handled the big truck like it was more maneuverable than it looked. The entire process was made easy. It’s a shame they don’t prorate if the POD is used for less time than a month, but having the storage right there was invaluable.

The driver/delivery/positioning person, Aliseo, was absolutely amazing. He was able to place the POD (16’) exactly where i requested without touching my home, planter, or riding over my lawn. The patience and skill were exemplary. Thank you Aliseo!

We had a small POD delivered in a very tricky spot which was even trickier to retrieve. Eliseo picked it up in what looked like a few simple maneuvers but was really like an avenging warrior. No rush, no fuss. Polite, confident, and extremely capable. Thank you, Eliseo! We appreciate your skill.

I do not recommend using PODs moving and storage. Their customer service is awful, and will charge you extra whenever possible. Great business model/idea but I recommend using a different company!

Very poor customer service. Use this ccompany with caution. They are not responsive to phone calls or inquiries once the pod is on your property. The pickup is a nightmare, you cannot schedule a time, just a date. And even then, we had them not even show up or call. No explanation just "to bad". The pod concept is very good, I'd go with another service next time. My time was not valuable to them
