Didn’t have a great experience at this O’Reillys. Dre wasn’t very helpful and made me get my own oil and find my own filter via part number. He definitely did not care that I was there and wasn’t any help.
Very unimpressed. Don’t come here if you don’t have to unless Dre isn’t working

Called took forever to answer then when they answered didnt say anything then when they responded to me saying something they just hung up and didnt answer the phone again. Didnt get past hello this is Ray

6 stars if I could!!! Hawke is absolutely phenomenal! He helped me when he didn't have to. I had a nail in my tire and he chose out of the goodness of his heart to help me fix the problem. Such a kind individual, true professional and amazing human being. Thank you Hawke for helping me! You are the best :)

Check Engine Light came on while I was driving. I went to Hawke and he gave me the scan tool and we found an easy simple fix for my problem.

I visited this location for car battery since my car didn't start a few days ago. I had called in advance to get more information. The gentleman who answered my call was very nice and helpful. He recommended coming in Friday or Sunday (Saturday that I was initially planning to come in won't be good due to short staffing). I came in on Friday, and Rami at the store was very nice and helpful as well. He tested my car battery and confirmed that it's dead. I purchased a battery, and he installed it right away free of charge. Everything went very smooth thanks to Rami. I'd definitely recommend this location of O'Reilly to everyone who needs a new battery & installation!

I just wanted to share that I had a great experience and was so happy that Hawke was able to help me with my questions and concerns. He was very welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I used to always get my parts online but will def be going to Oreillys from now on thanks to his help.
