The mechanics guy who working on are worse. Don’t recommend this place. I simply had a lost bolt on my rear tire. I ask the staff if he can or I can simply borrow the tools to screw the bolt because I had a kid on my car and the car making noise when driving it’s very unsafe. It’s only 5 second job and I said I’ll pay him. He told me to go somewhere else because he had other thing do. how difficult and stressful for him to take to tides a bolt….. I went to another shop 5 mins away they came out super nice take cared it in 3 second and I paid them $10 just for appreciate the helps.

Had the pleasure today meeting Christian the owner who I have to say hands down did the best pre-purchase car inspection I have ever seen performed. My son was buying a car and despite the seller showing other recent inspection reports they missed everything. Thank you again

We’ve been going to Christian for more than 10 years, when he was in a very small shop. He has always been honest and extremely reasonable with us. He’s moved to a larger shop (good for him) and we continue to trust his honesty, integrity and expertise.

Can’t say enough about this place. Brought my car in for the first time after being told by the Mercedes dealer I needed brakes and rotors. I was suspicious since the brake pad warning light had JUST come on. Took my car to OC European and they told me there was still some pad left and no damage to the rotors. ?

It's so refreshing to find an HONEST car repair business. Ken and staff are the best. They installed a trunk lid switch on my BMW 535i and it worked just fine. Ken told me that they found an updated part that was better and offered to replace the other one at no cost. I came back 2 days later and they replaced it in less than 30 min. They didn't charge me for the new part or labor. I would have never known that there was a better part available if they hadn't told me. I'm a customer for life! Thank you Ken and team for always having my back and for excellent service always!

Have had Cristian work on my cars for years always reliable and keeps you up to date on what is happening with your car. Had him redo the head on our 328I BMW about 3 years ago and it's still going strong. Also he has worked on my Ford truck and always been very trustworthy at a good price . I think he is working on my truck as a favor he specializes in German cars and other foreign cars.

Based on the glowing reviews, I scheduled an appointment for an a/c issue on a Benz. At first, Christian seemed to be knowledgeable and trustworthy, diagnosing the issue quickly and assuring me that replacing the fan would resolve the loud humming noise, which tends to worsen on hot days at highways speeds. After spending more than $350 @ "a discounted price," not only is the noise still present, but Christian stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I'm still waiting to hear back 3 months after the "repair" as to when I can drop the car back off to resolve the issue. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Orange County European Auto Service nor would I recommend you trust Christian with your vehicle, money, or time.

Left our Carrera with Christian yesterday morning for an oil and filter change. Work was done by lunchtime, as promised, at a very fair and reasonable price. Will return in the future for any needed maintenance services. Recommend OC Euro for any Euro/German car repair/maintenance work.

I wish I can give this place a 100/10 stars. Christian and Alexis( the office manager) helped me today with my mercedes after visiting the dealer and quoted a ridiculous price. Christian got my car in and out for a coolant system replacement in 3 hours, they gave me their shop loaner car so I wouldn't Uber back and forth. I'm truly so appreciative of Christian for being genuinely honest and kind hearted I've never received the quality customer care from any auto shop. Thanks you so much Christian and Alexis for your wonderful efforts, will be coming back to see you.
