Shoutout to Nick and Raz for being so helpful! They genuinely care about you and your car, treating you like family and making sure you’re comfortable with every decision.

The whole team is great. Shop is clean, they communicate. Pricing is very up front with clear brake downs. They never scratch or damage your car. Better than the dealer both in quality and experience…. And price.

Just wish they were a little bit more accurate with the information they provide on a customer vehicle, had a small oil leak and ended up paying more that 1k on parts and labor that didn’t help the oil leak.

The staff here are quite knowledgeable and helpful. They keep you informed of the status and explain what needs to be done. I had a Tesla with a suspension issue and they helped fix it super quick.

Can’t say enough good things about this shop. Their customer service, knowledge, and willingness to help you get things done is incredible. I have been to other Audi/VW shops and usually they act like you’re doing them a favor by using them. Not AU. These guys have been awesome and helped me get my Audi dialed in. Brake upgrade, fixed a few items, and things are great.
