The moving experience was excellent. We have had three cross country moves in the last eight years. This experience was by far the best. All moving personnel were skilled and helpful. Packing was careful and items arrived safely. We are very satisfied customers. In addition the moving quote was by far the lowest.

North American moved us from San Clemente, CA to Holladay, Utah. We had made the move the opposite way a year ago with a different carrier. That one was a nightmare. The move with North American and Nelson's was wonderful. I don't plan on ever moving again, but if I did, I'd certainly use North American again. Couldn't have gone any smoother.

Nelson North American was a great company to work with. They took pride and care in wrapping our furniture. They took pride and wrapping doorways and put paper on our floors so that it wouldn’t get scratched. Unfortunately, we did have a little damage to our patio set, which we are hoping to be able to have a claim against it, a few broken items in the shipment, but that would be expected I guess. The trucker was a pleasure to work with and all his helpers were very respectful. I would definitely suggest using This company to my family and friends. Their prices were very reasonable Compared to other moving companies. What we greatly appreciated was the estimated weight of the shipment was lower than the actual weight but with a price guarantee we did not pay one penny more. Thank u. I will let u know how the damage claim works out.

Just had a move from California to Idaho and it was a great experience. The movers were very careful and although I haven't unpacked it all it seems is great shape. They were friendly and professional and really cared for out furniture.

1. Movers were 6 hours late2. Sent one male and female mover who Refused to move heavy items upstairs3. Insurance company they use is fraud. They will find every loophole to get out of paying valid claimsPoor service. Don’t use them.

Pedro the driver and his second seat driver were excellent. They removed all the stress of moving. If I move again I will definitely call and ask for Pedro to move me.

The entire moving experience was great. After hearing many moving horror stories from friends I got quite from the top 3 national chains. North American Van Lines had the best quote and gave a guaranteed rate. The communication was excellent throughout the process. I missed a call at one point and they sent me a text and email to make sure they got a hold of me. The movers where all friendly and respectful and really took care to make sure our stuff was protected as well as possible.It was a big interstate move, so there was some minor damage. They encouraged me to file a claim for it, instead of denying it or blowing it off like I have heard other companies do.Overall, very impressed with the whole process. I hope I don't have to move again, but I will definitely use them if I do.
