Super recommended this place! !!!The service is super good! !!!!The price is also very good! !!!!Their sales service is very good. As long as they take the last four certificates of the receipt or bank card within 3 days, they can replace the problematic machine at will. The shop sales here all serve with a smile. And now there is a very good discount, come on!!!!!

DONT GO HERE!!!!I always buy my vaping needs over here and is usually helped by the guy who has the white bmw. Very nice and accommodating. I usually by geekbar watermelon ice. However, it always fires randomly. Or sometimes it doesnt stop after taking a puff. I was told by the same guy to just bring it back within three days. I dont really return it and just keep using it till the flavor goes bad. He recommended a different flavor (meta moon) and never experienced the auto fire anymore. Yesterday, I bought the old flavor I usually buy and experienced the same thing. It was a lady who helped me at that time. Today i went to the store and had the same complain of auto firing and asked to replace it. This lady asked when I bought it. I told her I bought it yesterday from her. Asked for my receipt and told her I didnt get one. Asked what time I went and told her O cant remember. She then search for the sale on her POS but I guess she couldnt find it. She then asked for my bank statement. Showed her the proof I bought it. Still couldnt find the record. I was already there for about 15 mins and she even called her manager. Nothing was done. She then asked me for the last 4 digits of my card. This time I took my vape and just left! I cant believe how she couldnt remember that it was her who sold me the vape. I only go here because the guy was very helpful but this lady didnt know what she was doing!!!!!!

I just noticed there is a vape shop next to my office, and after lunch I decided to explore it. They have so many options,and they do have all the flavors like Elf bars ,pebbles, funkys. Also let me tell you guys, the price is not expensive like Elf bars each one is 25$ after tax, not bad right? Because I went to a vape shop around Mission viejo before, the price is 29.99$ before tax, so after tax around 34$, that's way too expensive. BTW Alvin is the best, he has good customer service, knowledgeable, because I don't know much about vapes and juice especially strength, right now I knew for juice(35mg) is enough for me, it taste smooth and not very strong for me. Thanks Alvin.

Absolute worst vape shop I've ever been to, the customer service was awful. I can't even believe the audacity these two men had. I have been buying vapes here since starting a program across the street- I pay cash every time I referred several people due to the location of the store. On Friday 8/11/2023 I purchased a sunshine icy vape Flum brand. The one that you CANNOT charge which I was already hesitant Saturday it already started blinking and not working. Then Sunday off and on it would let me hit it once here and there then Monday nothing so Tuesday I take it back to the store to see if I could get it exchanged- considering I've literally have been buying 2-3 vapes every single week for about 2/3 months now I didn't think it would be such a hassle not only was I laughed at but made fun of and ridiculed. Extremely unprofessional and will be reporting this vape store to police after posting this. Bye bye now

I ordered a vape mod online and it did not work so I emailed customer service and told them about my problem and Joe quickly helped me out he sent out a replacement to me before i knew it I received an email with the tracking number. This place has to be the best customer service I have had anywhere. I recommend them. THANKS AGAIN JOE!
