Pump #5 won't switch off after filling tank and continue to pour gas. I told about the problem, but men on the register told that he know about it. My car has a wheel right under gas tank inlet and gas leaks on hot break rotor. That will lead to fire once in the future.

Zero customer service and does not care if the customer is happy. There aren't any retests here. Don't waste your $ on them. Masood was the manager that did not care at all. I could've been a repeat customer...I'll find somewhere else.

This gas station is located next to the 7-11 on Trabuco.The pump nozzle was close to the most expensive option and the buttons were too sensitive so pulling the hose towards it made it trigger the expensive one. I didn't want that product.

Very rude smog technician, Brought my corvette in for smog check, he was dismissive told me to park my car in a stall expect to wait at least 20 minutes while he was talking to a previous customer who had already paid. After 10 minutes I left. Found a great friendly technician down the street who was courteous and helpful. I would not recommend this station.

REMEMBER TO SHOW YOUR $29.95 COUPON BEFORE SIGNING THE INVOICE.The Tester was rude from the very beginning. It was obvious that he was in a hurry to close early, and a bit combative. I filled out and signed the invoice page, which ALREADY had the $68.20 filled in. I figured I'd show the coupon to the cashier when I paid. When I went to pay, the cashier said I had to show it to the Tester because 'he was just a cashier.' The Tester wouldn't take it, and insisted that I should have shown him the coupon before I signed. He said 'you signed so that means you agreed to pay it.' Very mean and rude guy, especially in front of my young son. I had to explain about good and bad customer service the entire way home. Avoid this gas station and smog check unless you like paying MORE than twice the cost.

Owner/employee wouldn't provide free air for my tires as mandated by California state law. Told me he didn't have to even though the law is literally posted on the side of his air compressor. He would rather have a complaint and deal with the state than just push a button. Already reported to the state, but just wanted to put it out there for anyone else.

Mosood the guy who is supposedly the manager is the biggest A hole in the world he gives you attitude every time you go in there and is so disrespectful towards customers I've seen it happen on multiple occasions I would recommend not going here specifically for him

We've been to this Mobil many times before. Today, we used pump #3 and to our surprise it had broken nozzle handle and sprayed gasoline all over our car. We lost perhaps 1/2 - 1 gallon worth of gasoline to the floor. I spoke to the attendant and couldn't give us a refund or provide us with a cleaning kit. To say the least, he mentioned that he had the same problem and pump #7. We will not be coming here again.

Walked in and very politely asked the clerk (Masood) I believe was his name if I may use the restroom and he proceeded to tell that it was out of order I asked (Masood) why isn't there a out of order sign? To which he responded with the same excuse of it's out of order keep in mind I was also about to purchase gas up until then Please Be more courteous towards paying customers next time because I've been to this establishment many times but not anymore if I could rate my experience 0 stars I would

I spend $200 a week on gas. I will no longer go to this gas station. Is it asking too much to replace the squeegees occasionally? This has been an issue for years. They are literally falling apart and are worthless for cleaning your windshield.
