I was referred to Chad by Mission Valley Spas and unfortunately I trusted Chad since he was a referral. I paid him upfront for a jacuzzi cover and cleaning for my bullfrog spa (my bad). He said he was coming and never showed up. Actually came 6 months later to just clean the spa. Said the cover was back ordered. For 6 months? He just never ordered it because I ended up having to buy my own because he ghosted me. The reason I'm giving a one star is because I brought this to Mission Valley spas attention and they said they'd take care of it. Nobody ever called me back and when I called again, they had no recollection of me calling them. So I had to re tell my story again and still never heard back. What a waste of 850$

We just had Chad & Stevie fix a leak on our above ground Spa. They arrived and got right to work, diagnosed and addressed the problem right away. They could have told me I needed to replace a part but they were very honest and said let's try this first to see if that works and to my surprise they're suggestion and fix indeed took care of the problem. I was charged for the service call and they fixed the issue without having to do anything major. What a relief and it's very refreshing to run into honest and trustworthy companies/workers. I would highly recommend this service team if you have any issues with any of your pool or spa equipment. Finding honest people who do honest work and do it efficiently and effectively is even more of a rarity these days! Thank you so much for your help today Chad & Stevie we really appreciate your work!

Our family purchased a Jacuzzi about 10 years ago from Mission Valley Spas. We recently had to replace our spa cover and Mike who manages their parts and service did an awesome job making sure everything was perfect. I have been driving by a number of other places to buy our chlorine & supplies and will continue to do so. I am not in the market for a new hot tub but if I was would make this the first place I would go.

I keep going back to Mission Valley Spas for all my hot tub needs. Mike is very helpful which was key to some of my issues lately. I thought I needed a whole new pump but Mike was able to fix it at a much lower cost. Their overall prices are very competitive as well.

I had the best experience with Mission Valley Spas! Spent weeks researching Spas and dealers and visited several stores. I live in San Diego county and wanted a Bullfrog spa but my local dealer was giving me the run-around. I called Danielle and she hooked me up with a great deal, and even expedited my delivery so I could have my spa the day before Thanksgiving. Taylor was awesome with delivery and set-up. Excellent communication and follow through!

Since this is a major investment and something that requires maintenance I would choose another brand or dealer.I bought a $10,000 bullfrog top of the line spa from this location. The main reason going with this was because I got the feeling from Allen that it’s a good company and if I have any issues they will be available, except he failed to mention that they will not address any issues or step foot in your property to check out the issues without first paying $150 service call for any issues warranty related or not.When the spa was delivered no actual instruction was given by the delivery and installation crew. I was told it is easy to move and turn it if I didn’t like the position and when I contacted them few weeks later to rotate the spa I had to pay an additional $250 for them to come and rotate it since they never showed us how we could release the wiring to move the spaWhen I had an issue with the spa less than 3 months after delivery , the jets stopped working , they had me pay for the visit before they would even book an appointment they said even if it’s a warranty issue we still had to pay .Most high end products will have super customer service so if you expect decent customer service do not go with this company and instead save your money and get another brand or dealer since there is no support available after delivery and everything is pay and pay and pay more.I was just testing with one to see if I liked it and so I can get it for all my properties, so glad only got one.The spa and the jets are great, the sales person was great up until the spa was sold then you have to deal with maintenance people but the mission valley spa company has a policy that you have to pay for maintenance person before they book your appointment, which I have never heard of before in any maintenance or appliance company. I actually find it offensive as if I can’t be trusted after spending almost $10,000 on a spa.

I bought my first spa here over 18 years ago. We're in the market for a new spa and decided to look here again. I learned that Allen still owed the place too. Really friendly guy. The staff that works here is really friendly too and knows what they are talking about. What I really enjoy is that extra step they do. Allowing you to do a wet test of the spa you are considering, making sure it is what you want to buy. You wouldn't but a car without test driving it, so why not test soak in the spa you want too?

I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub, service one, or purchase pool/spa chemicals. The service is great and the prices are very reasonable; even lower than what I found online.I dealt with Just Henry when I bought my Hot Tub and I've since referred friends and family members who also had great experiences with him. The owner Alan is very personable and he goes out of his way to make sure that his clients are satisfied.

Alan and his team are outstanding. WE are big supporters of "small business". This team is truly part of our community. Friendly, very Knowledgeable and willing to help you with all your needs. They sell Top of The Line products and their service is always Top of The Line. I have recommended this store to many people and have always recieved positive feedback.

Unfortunately our experience with this store ( employees and owner) along with the Jacuzzi product has been a complete disappointment that has turned us away from ever buy Jacuzzi again. We several have owned a Jacuzzi over the past 20 years.As for where we bought the unit, we most certainly will NEVER walk into the Mission Valley Spas EVER AGAIN! This store's owner and sales people, lack honest business ethics!The salesman discouraged us from ordering a brand new spa and strongly encouraged us to purchase their floor model which they claimed to be brand new.We were told that the floor model was only on the floor for a couple of months and never used other than for floor demos.We paid top dollar with the exception of a very small discount for the unit being a floor model, again, they claimed the was new for what we found out later to be a USED defective unit. only to find out directly from the manufacture that it was delivered to the store nearly a year prior to when we purchased it.The new Jacuzzi was delivered on the date promised, however it came to us came FILTHY with old dirty filters, burned out lights, scum over the entire unit, an issue with the pump and the stereo.This was just the start of what has become the most disappointing purchase we have ever made. When we notified Mission Valley about the situation, they were defensive and dismissive. They offered no assistance to clean the unit, no offer to provide replacement filters. They simply did not care about doing the right thing for their customer.4.5 years later, we continue to have issue after issue with no support from Mission Valley or Jacuzzi customer service department.False promises, lies and a gross disregard for their very own customers.Next tie we will buy Hot Springs hot tubs!

My experience with this store and the Jacuzzi brand has been similar to the experiences of others who have written unfavorable reviews. We had a Jacuzzi we bought many years ago from Home Depot that lasted 15 years. Shortly after buying a new Jacuzzi from this store two years ago, it became obvious why Home Depot no longer carries the Jacuzzi spa product line. Jacuzzi has poor quality outdoor spas and a dealer network on par with their lack of quality. At least that’s the case with this dealer.Our Jacuzzi is still under warranty and I've all but given up on this store's service personnel coming to my house only to leave with the same problems this new Jacuzzi had before they arrived. Purchasing this 2014 J-325 model has been a waste of several thousands of dollars as well as all of my time coordinating service with no results. To top it off, we're in a drought and I've had to flush the entire system multiple times due to failed controls not allowing the pumps to filter the water properly.Big box stores have far more muscle to require accountability on the part of their suppliers to make things right with their customers. It's no wonder Jacuzzi goes with this retailer and other small retailers who can't hold them accountable.

I have been a client at Mission Valley Spas for years and every time it's been a good experience. Alan, the owner, knows his stuff, is honest, and is easy to work with. I have sent some friends to them as well!
