H Mart was completely cleaned out of beef brisket for NYE. What to do ?? That's right, I remembered Prime Meat Market, a hole in the wall meat shop specializing in Korean meats! If you know, you know! Lucky me, they were open when I arrived. I was hoping to pick up fresh, not frozen meat. I wanted to get a variety, tongue, belly & brisket. I get in & asked the lady but she told me there was only frozen brisket available. Priced at $60, it was plenty of meat for 2 of us. I was a bit disappointed though - for that type of money I would expect better marbling in the meat. I bought the pack anyway & complimentary, you get stinky radish + your choice of white or green onion + sauce. Great ! The meat was alright - definitely not as tasty as the meat I get at H Mart. I would love to try this place again, but hopefully when I go there will be more options available & not just frozen brisket :(.”
